This hotel is so loud. There were events every night and I could hear all the bass in my room until 1:30am. The breakfast is definitely not worth it and the rooms are starting to show their age. Even though the staff was really nice I would not choose to stay here again.
Excellent hotel with a convenient location, outstanding service and a well stocked breakfast buffet. Definitely recommended. Also, exponentially better than the Doubletree properties in the US.
I can recognize the level of hospitality and professionalism of Karen and Michelle. Jose is a knowledgeable bartender and great in what he does. The breakfast everyday was really good (I only suggest to add arepas and more Colombian food).
Just checked in and they didn't have my reservation in the computer, made me fill out forms by hand. I received a burnt and hard cookie and two free drink coupons but had to pay for the drinks while i waited for the room because the free drinks dont include alcohol i guess at the bar. I wasn't greeted as a diamond member as they do at every Hilton I stay at. I hope the next 4 nights go well.
One of my favorites in Bogota ! I really enjoy to arrive here, their service is great and breakfast is 100% recommended. Location and access is really good. I love to go and run over the Calle 100 Their rooms are very clean, good space and comfortable
