Cassa Luxury Homes – Hotel Boutique

Casa Luxury Home is a very nice and private hotel! When we arrived, Mr. Carlos from the front desk helped us. He is such a nice and welcoming person. He really feels like the face of the hotel and made us feel very comfortable from the moment we arrived. The breakfast is also very good, and Chef Jose is a really nice and attentive person. He made our breakfast experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend Casa Luxury Home! We had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again

Although the hotel offers very spacious and attractive rooms, the sound insulation is extremely poor. Noise from neighbouring rooms can be heard clearly, including conversations, movement, and even the flushing of toilets. In one of the rooms I occupied, every toilet flush from surrounding rooms was audible, which significantly impacted comfort and sleep quality. The service was generally below the standard expected of a hotel in this price range. Breakfast service was particularly disappointing, with staff often engaged in conversations in the kitchen while tables remained unset. On several occasions, guests had to collect cutlery from other tables due to a lack of preparation and attention from staff. Overall, while the rooms are visually appealing and generously sized, the poor soundproofing and substandard service make it difficult to justify the cost. Based on my experience, the hotel does not offer good value for money.

A perfect reunion in an exceptional place! We stayed at Cassa Luxury Home for four nights, and it exceeded all our expectations. The rooms are very spacious—larger than those in many luxury hotels—and are perfectly equipped and well organized. We were a group of 16 people, a large family gathering for a reunion, and honestly, we couldn’t have chosen a better place. No matter how luxurious, no hotel could have created the same warm, intimate, comfortable, and elegant atmosphere that we experienced here. Its location right in front of Parque El Virrey is also outstanding: in the mornings, you can hear birds singing, see children playing, and people out walking, which creates a sense of authentic, everyday life. There are also excellent supermarkets nearby. Breakfast is varied every day, which is a lovely touch, and the service from the entire team is exceptional. Without a doubt, the greatest value is the hospitality—from the manager Ana to every member of the restaurant staff, everyone goes above and beyond to provide outstanding service. They also offer a safe and reliable taxi service, which was very helpful during our stay. The sheets, towels, and furniture are all of high quality. The atmosphere is boutique-style, often frequented by executives, yet still very warm and welcoming. On several occasions, I mentioned that places like this truly make you want to come back. The service is personalized, and in our case, traveling with a large group, it was the best decision. We stayed here for 4 nights during the holidays and it was excellent. Very quiet and safe location for Bogotá. Our room was very spacious with a comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen (except for the knives...so dull), and a great shower. Breakfast was a highlight too! Custom order eggs and coffee with a selection of fruits, meats, cheese, pastries and other hot Colombian dishes. The rooftop pool is very nice and warm and you can reserve it all for yourself. We would stay here again for sure.
