The room had a small hole on the roof. Not nice for a 4 stars hotel.. food was great and location is a little far for attractions but it works well.

An Honest Review -Solid Business Stay, great customer service The executive lounge is excellent and genuinely rivals the food of the JW Bogotá lounge. It’s one of the stronger features of this property. The rooms are adequate and comfortable, and if you receive an upgrade, the experience improves significantly. The gym is small but functional and sufficient for a business stay. The only issue I encountered was with the spa however the manager listened to my feedback and made the necessary changes and offered a better experience. Rosie was a great masseuse who customized to my requested pressure and focus areas. For the Marriott brand, this is one of the top hotels. I would stay at this hotel again.

The hotel is outstanding, the restaurants, food especially the breakfast buffet are wonderful 🥰😋 and the service is great. However, they can do better with the room maintenance, the A/C vent system had mold around which can affect the air quality.

We spent 2 nights at the Bogota Marriott hotel on a spontaneous weekend trip to Bogota, Colombia. The room was perfect with a great view of the city and the mountains. It was ideally located near the airport so we could catch a flight easily, but not too close. Signed up for a couples massage which was absolutely relaxing after a long day of hiking. Big shout out to my masseuse Daisy for the wonderful massage. The breakfast was cold. We went down to the restaurant right at opening and we were surprised that being there at opening that all the food was cold. It was pretty obvious we were eating yesterday's leftovers. Overall a great hotel and I would highly recommend. The executive lounge was extremely well stocked and stuffed with the most professional hotel staff.
