Pros: Good location. Pretty lobby. That's it. Cons: *The most UNCOMFORTABLE bed I've ever slept in. *Towels are really rough and thin. *Bedsheets are not clean and rough as well. *Pillows are super thin and bad quality. Hard to sleep like that, even with 6 of them! "Toilet was running the whole time I was there, asked someone to take a look. No one came. *A really really stupid setup where you HAVE TO put a hotel key to activate the lights and elevator and they only give you one key. Good luck if you have to leave and another person staying behind. After staying for 5 straight nights, my back and neck are killing me. 2/10 would not recommend!

Skip the Hyatt across the street. This place is awesome! Chic, stylish, affordable, and conveniently located. Excellent service from the friendly staff. The best showers we've had in Colombia, and a great breakfast to boot!
