I booked this hotel as my connection flight got cancel until next day. I arrived with my 2 daughters after flying all nigth. I was already out of budget paying for a hotel night that was not on my budget. The hotel confirmed that they had my room available at 8am bit that I had to pay extra 60 dollars which was almost doubling the price of my hotel price. They gladly had me and my children sleeping in their lobby (from 8am until 3pm) and not giving us the room that was already available as a courtesy. We will be leaving at 3am again to the airport. This is not a good heart nor good customer service. This is profiting from their customer misfortune.

First, rooms don't have air conditioning as advertised online. They don't even have a fan. Second, I was sent here after their sister hotel, Regency Boutique La Feria, was 'unexpectedly' closed for renovations. They threatened to charge me a cancellation fee if I didn't stay. For that reason, I decided to leave - and I'm glad I didn't give them my credit card. I felt like they were taking me hostage, when a simple explanation and friendly service could have made everything better.
Conveniently located right in the center of Bogota with metro access that will get you anywhere you need to be at. This is a safe neighborhood with an Oxxo, restaurants, and the metro line within walking distance. My girlfriend and I stayed here for a few days and we loved the breakfast, the 24/7 concierge service, and the cleanliness of our room. Would love to stay here again.
Rude staff demanding to scan my passport. I said it's not required and showed them the law that clearly stated hotel is only required to take the passport number. They refuse to listen. I cancel. Waste of my time and energy
Just spent several nights here while attending a conference. The good: location to the conference center, safe neighborhood, the price relative to the conference hotels, strong showers, lots of hot water. We stayed in a two bedroom apartment. The staff was so friendly and despite at times limited English did a great job at accommodating us! Javier - the night clerk- was particularly friendly and helpful! As other reviewers have said- the facilities are a bit worn down- the carpets and decor for example, and even some of the towels. You are not getting a luxury stay but you are not paying for one either. Everything was very clean. Breakfast was included- again simple but good. All in all great value for the money and I do not hesitate to recommend if you are looking for something safe, clean and w o on oak in this area.
