Great location and a clean, comfortable place to stay. Unfortunately, the service was the biggest disappointment. From check-in, things got off to a rocky start, and the experience never really improved. We encountered issues throughout our stay, including overcharges at checkout that should have been avoided. While the front desk staff were polite, the interactions often felt scripted rather than genuinely guest-focused, and there didn't seem to be much urgency to resolve concerns. On a positive note, the breakfast wait staff were warm, friendly, and provided excellent service—they were definitely a highlight of our stay. Overall, the property itself is nice, but the front desk customer service needs improvement to match the quality of the location and facilities.

The staff are all very helpful and the service is great, as I would expect in a Marriott, which is why I always stay in Marriotts. The breakfast was, well, a bit gross. You can order an omelette or scrambled eggs, which are ok. But all the other hot food is, well, maybe I just don't understand what a typical Colombian breakfast is. But greasy sausages and fried rice with chicken? It's amazing anyone here lives past 30. The cereal selection is bland, unless you like fruit loops. Otherwise, I would have given it 5 stars.
Great hotel in a great and vibrant location. It’s safe and staffing is very nice and attentive. Security is on site and the hotel Is well maintained. Rooms are super clean and pretty new, modern and thank goodness not overpacked. Love it. Location is wonderful. You have dining options and shopping malls right outside the door. Breakfast is also super. Great selection, fresh and delicious. Nothing else to say! Great hotel! In all means!
Deluxe room not worth it! too expensive for what you finally get. Noisy room. Better options around for sure. Late check out NOT real, around 12 o´clock we got a call to leave. Service at breakfast was the only positive experince.
I stayed in this hotel for over 3 weeks and can safely say its a great hotel. Ive stayed on both sides, leading to the street and leading towards the neighborhood. The room overlooking street could be a bit more noisy, but they include ear plugs in the rooms so to me that was enough to block out the sounds. The rooms are spacious and nicely designed. The shower is gorgeous and spacious as well. The breakfast is awesome, plenty of options and the people there very kind - shoutout to Erika, who was always sweet. They have a gym upstairs and a place to get water or ice in one of the floors. The location is perfect, you are surrounded by gyms, pharmacies, restaurants.
