It’s worthwhile noting that most of the reviews for this hotel are from contributors who have written only 1-2 reviews. Whilst good value (at around $70pn B&B), we were not massively impressed by this hotel. The location is handy and it’s in a nice and safe neighbourhood. But there was no air conditioning or heating in our room. The blinds were very battered. The bed was fairly comfortable, but the pillows were terrible. The amount of noise coming from the adjoining rooms and corridor made sleeping difficult, even with earplugs. The Wi-Fi signal in our room was extremely weak to the point of being unusable. There was no ventilation in the bathroom at all. The shower flooded the bathroom every time we used it as the drains were blocked or insufficient. The towels were ancient and the bathroom door was falling apart. Breakfast wasn’t bad and they’d make items to order if you asked. Staff were polite, but not particularly friendly or attentive. This property desperately needs an upgrade.

Excellent attention since the moment I inquired about a reservation. They also arranged my shuttle from the airport at wee hours and we even hired that same driver for city tour. Deluxe suite was just perfect. Neighborhood fantastic! Staff was very kind to us. I highly recommend it.

All of the staff were super friendly, very welcoming and quick to attend to any issues we had. Our flight came in early and they were able to accommodate an early check in rooms which were spacious as well. The staff were super patient with our language barrier. Francisco was excellent in the restaurant very attentive and his English is very good, he was super quick and helpful. Daniela at the front desk was super helpful and her English was very good as well. Service is amazing and the restaurant had great food! Super close to a grocery store, a Dunkin and a nice view of the mountains as well.
