A lovely hotel in a great central location in Bled. We stayed on the fifth floor with a balcony facing the lake, and the beautiful view was definitely one of the highlights of the room. The room was very spacious and had everything we needed, including a fridge, safe, Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning and a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was also large, with both a bath and separate shower, as well as two sinks. Despite being in a central and busy area, with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby, we didn’t hear any noise and slept very well. Having access to the swimming pool and sauna included in the room price was another great bonus. We really enjoyed our stay and I would happily stay here again. Definitely recommend!

We came here for our honeymoon hoping for a relaxing stay. Before arrival, I informed the hotel that it was our honeymoon and specifically booked a lake view room. Unfortunately, we were assigned Room 216, which only partially faces the edge of the lake rather than offering a proper lake view. The bigger issue was the condition of the room itself. There was a persistent damp odor that smelled like wet towels or fabric that had been sitting in a public toilet water, mixed with air freshener. At first, we assumed it was temporary and tried leaving the balcony door open to ventilate the room. However, during the night the smell became significantly stronger and actually woke me up from sleep. The next day, we informed the front desk. They told us housekeeping would inspect the room while we were out. When we returned, the room smelled more aired out and the odor was less noticeable initially. Unfortunately, the same thing happened again the second night. The smell returned in the middle of the night and became extremely strong again, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. We were disappointed because we chose this hotel for a special occasion and expected a much better experience, especially given the room category we booked.
Stayed here in early May for a family get away for four nights. Here are the pros: Incredible views Nice sized and well equipped rooms Friendly staff Great sauna and indoor pool AMAZING restaurant (especially the breakfast) Cons: While they keep the rooms clean, the maids aren’t particularly attentive. It was a lottery if they would fill up any used tea or coffee you used in the room, I had to ask for more toilet roll (there were no spares in the room), the soap is left to run out and they don’t bother to fill up the mini bar again (I had a beer on the balcony on my first night from the mini bar, I had left the empty bottle on the table on the balcony and it remained there until we checked out). There is a bar down by the lake that played incredibly loud music until the small hours (they were still going at 1:30 am). It was fine for most of the nights we were here but on our final night (the Friday night) we didn’t get a wink of sleep. When we phoned down to reception to complain, they apologised and told us that the bar had recently acquired a licence which allowed them to play music late throughout the summer. The only thing they could do was move us to a room facing the town instead of the lake, which we didn’t take considering we paid extra for a lake view room. Ultimately, not the hotels fault but something you need to keep in mind if you’re planning on booking in the summer. Generally speaking would come back for a short stay, but would avoid summer… I hear from others it’s a bit crowded and you get a lot of people coming to party. But it is a beautiful hotel in a stunning location with great services.
Had the best stay of my life here! What an amazing bunch of people and the most perfect spot on the lake! They helped me arrange for flowers and the service was over all just spendid... Will always hold a special place for me..
Faboulus hotel, thank you for accomodating us. We have had suit 331, the view from there was absolutely amazing. Food was really good, member of staff was very friendly and helpful. For breakfast you have lots of options, dinner also has good variety. Swimming pool is free, but the rest of the spa such as the sauna was not included. All in all worth to stay there and we will return hopefully.
