The location of the hotel is superb, just a few minutes' walk from the lakeside park and offering breathtaking views directly over the lake from some rooms. The beds, pillows, and bedding were of excellent quality, ensuring a great night's sleep. The air conditioning performed exceptionally well, keeping the room pleasantly cool and silent despite the extreme heat outside, and the lighting controls were very intuitive. The staff members were mostly very friendly and tried to be helpful, such as attempting to accommodate our room upgrade request even though everything was fully booked. When we checked the minibar snacks on our arrival day, we were shocked to find they were long past their expiration date—expired by a full 3 months—though the staff did manage to replace them quickly upon request. The breakfast buffet was generous and appetizing with delicious bite-sized desserts, although the machine coffee was terrible, forcing us to buy proper macchiatos from the bar for €4.50 each morning, and the fresh vegetable selection was lacking in quality. Unfortunately, several aspects did not match the €350 per night price point. The rooms were very well photographed, so it was only upon arrival that we realized how small they actually were and how painfully little storage space they provided. The sliding glass bathroom door prioritized design over practical privacy, failing to offer adequate coverage while using the toilet despite its frosted styling. Cleanliness and maintenance were also disappointing: the curtains were dirty and remained uncleaned throughout our stay despite being reported, the bathroom exhaust fan was filthy and out of order, in the shower silicone sealant was pealing off, wall hooks and outlets were broken, and screen mirroring on the TV did not function. The wellness section was another major letdown; while it features a spacious area with a nice pool, the underwater pool light in the main pool was hanging loosely by its power cord in the water, the massage jets in both the main pool and the very small outdoor jacuzzi were out of order, and the outdoor jacuzzi was visibly dirty. Additionally, there was no staff at the wellness desk, forcing us to walk back two floors to the main reception just to pick up and return towels, and access to the sauna carried an extra €25 per person charge. Parking fees were also steep at €30 per day for cars (€15 for motorbikes). While staff made promises to resolve issues, follow-through was often missing, and no one inquired about our satisfaction at checkout. Overall, while we enjoyed certain aspects, the stay fell short of value for money.

What an amazing destination! The accommodations, service, and cleanliness are absolutely top-notch. The breakfast buffet is delightful, and the hotel sits within easy walking distance of all the major attractions. Additionally, the staff is incredibly accommodating, professional, and attentive.
Expensive for the type of service and ammenities offered. They have the worst beds I’ve ever slept in. Terrible service, no solution given for their poor quality bedding situation. Greeted with hostility since the first day we came. Do not recommend this place. Charged extra for using the “sauna” even if we are hotel guests, simply absurd .
Great location with beautiful views, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives ended. The room was much smaller than expected, and the bed was so uncomfortable that I barely slept all night. Charging €50 for a small dog also feels excessive, especially considering the room size and overall experience. I expected much better for the price. I wouldn’t stay here again.
Once arrived in Bled we were not only surpised by the wonderful surroundings Bled has to offer but also we were upgraded to a room with balcony and view of the castle and church! I have only positieve comments about this hotel, once you enter you arrive in an oasis of flowers and cleanliness. The rooms were spotless. The breakfast was impeccable, and we were offered mimosa's. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone!
