The Welcombe Hotel, Bw Premier Collection

We both thank you and all of the staff members at the welcombe for such an amazing anniversary and stay. It was completely faultless, every single member of staff was so attentive to us and nothing was to much to ask. In particular Claire in the restaurant was amazing. She made the experience so much better she was so kind and professional she was just amazing, Also bilal on reception was amazing! So attentive and kind, and the lovely lady who gave me the best facial I’ve had in my life! I can’t remeber her name but I had the facial at 10am today she was honestly amazing. The spa facilities are fantastic, the food was fantastic, our room was absolutely beautiful and the bathroom was perfect. Thankyou so much for this perfect stay we cannot wait to come back.

Once you're there, its lovely. Good value for money, the staff are great and its in beautiful countryside. The spa is really nice, everything in it is modern and quality. I had a great massage, and the food was delicious in the restaurant. Only loses a star for actually booking with them and their organisation. Website wouldn't work, so when trying to book over the phone some of the staff were really hard work, giving me the wrong information, I had to explain their own deals to them, and even calling about non-existant afternoon teas.

Stayed overnight with dog for a wedding. When arrived staff made us all feel welcome. Big room on ground floor, it was lovely with everything needed. A few nice walks, practically from grounds. Breakfast was nice. Dogs are allowed in the bar area all day, after breakfast in part of the restaurant too. Not the main restaurant for safety to serve tables. Such a lovely building & grounds. Downside, a little tired, needs a bit of money spent 😬 If you like golf it looked good...course seemed in good use. We did not have time to use the spa whilst there, but spoke to someone who loved it & really recommended it.

The most brilliant day at the spa with exceptional treatments from Zenya and Sally. The most relaxed I've been for about a year 😃...not only because the treatments themselves were so lovely but also these 2 ladies were some of the nicest people. Professional but made me and the rest of my family (we had a fanoli spa day!) feel so welcome (pardon the pun) - nice conversation and fun to chat to. I was sad when the treatments were over mainly because they were such nice ladies who were so personable! Would definitely come here again. Thank you to both of them. Spa facilities also lovely esp the outdoor pool area. Pool nice but once I have done my obligatory one length I feel that's enough hard work for one day and obviously then spent the rest of the time in the outdoor heated pool and the jacuzzis before afternoon tea! It's a hard life!
