We stayed for one night and had a genuinely pleasant experience. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and my room was very clean with only minor wear and tear. The bed was extremely comfortable, which made the short stay feel even more relaxing. I also appreciated the plenty of sockets around the room — perfect for charging multiple devices.Great value for money overall, and I’d happily stay here again

Stayed here as it was a 10min walk to parkrun. This was a great price to stay and the rooms were nice, simple but had soap & body wash. Tea, coffee & biscuits. We had dinner here too, the service was slow and hard to get waitress attention but I think this is because we ate near their closing time (which is 9pm.) The food was really nice, I don't normally enjoy chips but their's were crispy on the outside and soft and juicy in the middle, almost like a roast potato. Lots of parking at the hotel too. Would recommend staying here.
I stayed in the hotel from 25/08/2026 to 05/09/2026. The room was nice and comfortable, not to small or to big. The bed was big and cozy, but I found the lack of a shower hose at the shower a downside to it. The breakfast was tasty and fresh, the only bad part was the fact of not having any cheese or ham to go with the eggs or the option of a skimmed milk option. As for the people working there they were very friendly and helpfull. The girl who checked me in, Mary (might be misspelled as she only told me the name and not wrote it), had the best tips for places to eat and go out for fun activities, for sure that made a difference on my Nottingham experience.
Great customer service, until you suggest you are unhappy. Room 8 is hotter than an attic stayed on 9th July and Nottingham was in the 30⁰s. In fact our home loft space during this heatwave is cooler than room 8. Advertised as no Aircon, fine, we don't have Aircon at home either and no issues however picture of room advertised with at least two opening windows so we thought we would be okay. They provide a fan but the one small window opens 2 inches. We slept under wet towels as it was impossible to cool down. They do offer complimentary ice cream as clearly an ongoing issue but unless you wear it, provides little relief in all honesty. We booked via booking.com who cannot help as a 'partner offer'. We advised on the day we will stay 1 night and cancel the remaining 2 and expect a refund. The property have suggested since they cancelled the 3rd night but added a cancellation fee so ended up with a £60 refund of £255 which still has not been received and staff say it's the booking.com 'partner' issue with no effort to resolve. Would not stay here again even during winter as very little done to resolve any issues with their advertising agencies. I rarely complain but would lways judge a place on how they respond to a grievance. Delayed posting this as hoped to have been resolved by now.
Came here with my partner, the prices of the room was decent and a lot cheaper than other hotels I saw online, you have access to the leisure and spa centre, gym was well stocked with equipment and a pool which was a bit too cold for me (but I hate to be cold) and a hot tub/ jacuzzi which was lovely and the sauna well it was a sauna but it was all lovely and included in the price and clean and you sign in and they give you towels to use, only thing was the showers didnt have locks on but wasnt a major as I just went up to the room to shower. Staff were all lovely and welcoming from start to finish of our stay and you could leave to go out for a smoke or vape no matter the time of day and furniture to sit on if you just wanted to sit outside. Food was lovely and you get really good portion sizes for dinners and breakfast was well stocked and mostly dairy free which was a bonus for me and they were amazing making sure I didnt have any issues with food as I struggle with alot of foods, selection of different tea and milk or milk alternatives and a buffet style breakfast which was amazing. Hotel room was lovely was and well stocked daily unless you dont want them to. Had biscuits to have with tea. fresh towels each day and they have toiletries ( i couldnt use the liquid ones due to a aloe vera/ latex allergy) but the bars were fine for me to use. We did have to bring hand soap as there wasnt any but again due to skin sensitivities i just went out and brought my own (no biggy) We had a big bed which was a king, double lights next to the bed, a hair dryer iron board and fan in the wardrobe we had. The tv was a big one not one of the small ones you normally get and you can plug a fire stick in which was great. Box of tissues with an out of cover that had tissues made into flowers! Plenty of car parking spaces, it did get a bit full at some points but had no issues with parking throughout the stay. Room was warm whilst we were there radiator did click sometimes but didnt really bother us, room was dark Great location though if your not a fan of the traffic I would recommend keeping windows closed whilst asleep. Shop basically across the road or you have a big Asda about 20 minute walk away which was great and local bars and restaurants close by if you dont want food at the hotel. It was a bit of a long walk into the city centre but lots of places to park which was i think £9 max for parking for a full day and most free after 8pm, and on the side of town we was on you had other bars and restaurants within 20 minutes walk or again cheap parking for the day. Overall it was a wonderful stay no issues and sad we were leaving and will definitely come back!!
