The Abbey Hotel

Have stayed at Abbey hotel 3 times and numerous visits to the leisure facilities. The reasons we come back is the welcoming of All the staff here , everyone is welcoming, helpful and attentive . I have stayed in a standard rooms and an upgrade rooms and both were spacious and comfortable. The spa facilities are great whith everything you need . The restaurant is amazing- also have great food ( the menu dosnt have much choice but I believe this is changing ) . We will definitely be visiting again . Lovely and peaceful hotel .

On Saturday I attended The Abby Hotel in Redditch as a DJ vendor for a wedding celebration and had such a positive experience with the venue. From arrival, the staff were incredibly approachable, friendly and accommodating, which made everything so much easier. Sophie greated me and showed me where i can gain access to the room and start to prepare the equipment. As a DJ, having enough time and space to access the venue, bring equipment in and get everything set up properly is really important, and I felt this was very well catered for. The venue itself is lovely, with plenty of space for an event, and the grounds are absolutely beautiful with large patio doors leeding from the function room to outside to a garden setting, and make a fantastic setting for photographs and special occasions. Overall, I found the venue very welcoming and well organised, and the staff were a pleasure to work alongside. From a supplier's perspective, it made for a really smooth and enjoyable experience. I would happily DJ at the Abbey hotel again and would definitely recommend it to anyone considering the venue for their event

Did a two day golf break with three friends. Food was excellent both the evening meal and breakfast. Staff attentive and friendly. Room could probably do with touching up but it was clean. Greens on the course were inconsistent but I recognise it may be the weather but overall I don't think it was as well maintained as on my previous visits. But overall great value for money.

I had a fantastic experience at The Abbey this week. The check-in process was seamless, and my room was spacious, comfortable, and extremely well appointed. I made full use of the gym and pool facilities, both of which were excellent, and I thoroughly enjoyed a superb breakfast. While the facilities and food were outstanding, as is so often the case, it’s the people who truly make the difference. Adele, who I believe is the Reception Manager, along with her team, were exceptional in every respect – welcoming, helpful, and consistently professional. They are an absolute credit to the property.
