Sketchley Grange Hotel & Spa

Where shall we start.. My husband and I booked an overnight stay for our Wedding Anniversary, we arrived at 3 and was greeted by the lovely Mia, who was very professional and friendly, made us feel very welcome. Though the lift was not working, our room was fabulous, clean and spacious, we then went to the bar and met the very sweet, chatty Phoenix (as in River) who served us drinks and went through everything with us. We were served lunch by Millie (with an ie) who was very well presented. A visit to the leisure centre for a swim and spa, then back ready for dinner. What can I say, we were greeted by the very charming Joshua Kelly who took us to our table where there were balloons and rose petals, we were blown away, the food was fabulous. To sum up our time at Sketchley Grange, great Staff who are an absolute credit to the hotel, they made us feel very special, We cant wait to come back... We would have liked to have tipped the 4 members personally, but was told tips by card goes to every member of the hotel, which we don't agree with.

We recently spent two nights here with Spa Access. The room we were allocated was enormous, well equipped and spotlessly clean as was the hotel generally. The Breakfast was very good with a diverse selection of items. We had a meal one evening in the restaurant which was very good and we were served very efficiently by a very pleasant young lady called Amy. The staff overall were very friendly and helpful. We made good use of the pool which was large and didn't get overly busy. In summary it was a very pleasant relaxing stay and we would certainly like to do it again

An a amazing evening away and my first time here. Wonderful service, we were greeted by Sarah on reception who let us know about all the areas of the hotel. She's an asset to the business in my opinion. We relaxed in the beautiful spa and had a wonderful meal in the restaurant. Huge room with a Juliet balcony, very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Thank you to everyone for such a relaxing night away.

Just back from a nights stay at this amazing hotel. Booked through Great Little Breaks. Chloe kindly upgraded our room as we were celebrating a special day. Mia checked us in & Joshua checked us out, both so friendly & personable. Our room was so big & comfy, food in the restaurant was delicious served by Jasmine who was our server & so friendly, breakfast the next day was delicious too. All in all a wonderful experience, the only strange sight was 3 older ladies who had maybe come from a swim/spa going in to breakfast at 9am with their dressing gowns on!!! We will certainly be staying again in the near future 😊 thanks Team
