I had a very pleasant dining experience at the Novotel Birmingham Airport Restaurant. I ordered the Chicken Supreme, which was well prepared, tasty and nicely presented.
A special mention goes to Gauri, who provided outstanding service throughout the meal. She was exceptionally courteous, attentive and professional, always with a warm and friendly attitude. Her attention to detail really made the experience even more enjoyable.

The waiter was very friendly, professional, and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our visit. His positive attitude and great customer service really made a difference. Brilliant service by Harman during breakfast, he was extremely courteous and attentive. A special mention for putting in effort to get us gluten-free options for us, which truly made our day. It’s these thoughtful little gestures that leave the biggest impression.
Overall, as frequent guests of Novotel, we have always appreciated the excellent staff and service. The team has been brilliant throughout our stay. The rooms, however, could benefit from a little TLC and refreshing to match the high standard of hospitality provided by the staff :)
