Leonardo Hotel And Conference Venue Hinckley Island

Had a lovely stay at Leonaedo Hotel Island. I stayed in the Executive room which was spacious, comfortable bed and a work desk to work from my room. It was great value for money and was able to upgrade to stay for work commitments which was appreciated thank you x The bed was comfortable, was happy I could control the temperature to my comfort. The heating system warmed the room quickly which was great. Nice having a room where everything is in good working order. I had an iron and ironing board. Everything you could need in a room. All the staff were welcoming and very helpful throughout the hotel. Received a good service. The hotel is clean and well looked after. I dined in the restaurant on the first night and was spoilt for choice. Then ate in the bar area on the second night. The gym had a good range of equipment and not too over crowded I could use the equipment with no long wait time. The parking was free and lots of space. Was nice to enjoy some relaxation time in the sauna, steam and chacuzzi. Great place to wine down. Thank you team for a lovely stay.

Your staff are absolutely incredible its one of the reasons we return every year. The hotel has a lovely calm feel and the pool area is very zen. Honestly your staff are just great and couldn't do enough!

Everyone was warm and accommodating from the minute we walked in. Even the staff we passed in corridors took the time to say hi. The Prosecco and handwritten card were a nice touch in our Superior Room. The room was the perfect size, very comfortable beds. We made full use of the gym, pool and spa facilities. Loved it all! Oh, and the breakfast had an excellent range of options. Who could resist a Nutella dispenser huh? 😂 We'll be back!

I was travelling in a large group, and this was my first proper nights sleep in a long time. The rooms were incredible, with a very enjoyable swimming pool/gym. The food was again brilliant, and was surprisingly affordable. My group was incredibly disruptive, bar a few of us, but the staff were very understanding and patient. They never were unreasonable, and managed to sort out complaints from other customers quickly. The staff overall were incredibly nice, and were probably the highlight of my stay. I am genuinely surprised this isn’t a 5 star hotel. I would gladly stay again, and will in future if given the opportunity. Thank you to the staff, and apologies for the behaviour of our group.
