Couldn't fault anything with our stay here.
Such a lovely atmosphere. The reception staff were so lovely and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. Special shout out to Paula, she really is an asset to your team. Rachel on the bar and serving dinner, also so lovely. And Richard (I hope I remember right) at breakfast was so helpful.
Everyone made our very impromptu visit so enjoyable. The rooms are huge, the food was lovely and the service was outstanding.

This was our second time at this hotel. It is ideally located between the university and the city center; everything is within walking distance. The staff's welcome is outstanding; everyone is dedicated to ensuring guest satisfaction. The breakfast is perfect, and we wrapped up our stay with the delicious pancakes made by Robert. The entire team is truly delightful. Thank you very much.
We’re a family of 5 (3 young kids) and it’s rare that a hotel will accommodate us in a single room. Paula so kindly, not only put out a rollaway bed for our eldest but also at breakfast were met with service of kings! At breakfast we were so kindly met by Robert with a smile and then he arranged for my kids to be brought out pancakes with their choice of topping, extra napkins, none of which we asked for, just going above and beyond.
We had a fantastic stay at Holiday Inn Leicester. The beds were really comfortable, the room was clean and welcoming, and everything was just what we needed for a relaxing stay.
A special mention to Robert, who served us at breakfast. He was extremely helpful, friendly and attentive, and really made our breakfast experience enjoyable.

The hotel was wonderful, large room with two double beds, large TV, kettle and tea and coffee facilities, iron and board, hairdryer, shower and bath in a lovely modern bathroom. Lots of room to move around and everything we could want. The breakfast was fantastic, lots of choices, lovely cooked breakfast, cereal, toast, fruit, cereal, pastries etc and good choice of fruit juice, water and tea and coffee. Lovely and clean and spacious dining facilities. The server Fransisco was fantastic and checked everything was ok a few times as well as bringing us tea and coffee. Also yesterday the other server provided advice on attractions.Used items taken away promptly. I couldn't fault the breakfast at all. Only small thing wrong is shower 🚿 flow was a bit slow and water didn't go down the bath as quickly as it should have but apart from that everything was excellent ten out of ten.
