I stay at the Holiday Inn Coventry regularly, and I wanted to take the time to recognise the exceptional service provided by Sam. Every time we stay, Sam goes above and beyond to make us feel welcome. He is always friendly, professional, and genuinely cares about making sure we have the best possible experience. Nothing ever seems to be too much trouble, and his willingness to help always stands out. It’s employees like Sam who make us choose to return time and time again. His positive attitude, attention to detail, and commitment to excellent customer service are a real credit to the hotel. He consistently exceeds our expectations, and we truly appreciate everything he does for us. Thank you, Sam, for always making our stays so enjoyable. Your hard work does not go unnoticed, and Holiday Inn Coventry is very fortunate to have you on the team.

Spotless! Housekeepers were very friendly, though perhaps not always understanding you at the first attempt but a smile and a retry sees them smile and be Soo helpful. Lovely Staff so very professional and nothing is too much trouble. The location could be anywhere, but is is quiet and the hotel has a lovely atmosphere. Breakfast is definitely worth getting up for! *****

I’ve been holding events here since 2020 and it just gets better each time. Staff all lovely and friendly Sophie, Michelle and Alisha, Blake and the rest of the team. The changes I’ve seen since Rom came on board too have really elevated the hotel. For a holiday Inn it’s very modern and had 3 nights great sleep. I hold your events here a year, had my wedding reception it’s just a lovely environment & fan food

The room was great - very comfortable and clean. I was there as part of a corporate event and plant-based food had been requested. It was not supplied. There were merely vegetarian options on offer and a colleague and myself had to ask specifically for vegan food. One employee told us there were egg sandwiches! Obviously, there’s a limited understanding of what veganism is. This was the third time I’d been to the hotel with my company. Each time, the vegan food was either not supplied and had to be asked for or very poor quality. Your chefs need training in cooking plant-based food! There was also no oat milk available!
