Holiday Inn Birmingham North - Cannock

Nice hotel. Room spacious warm , clean and comfy bed. Dove soap and shower gel, hairdryer in room. Buffet breakfast , great selection , only bad point coffee machine not working. Great service by Roxy.

Pleasantly surprised by how lovely this Holiday Inn was. Had a brief work trip and needed to book a night in the local area. Staff were consistently excellent at reception - friendly, helpful, communicative. Room + bathroom were in great condition. Unexpected “Sky Lounge” on the 12th floor with great endless views (lush at sunset) - had a nice meal and evening up here. Also have a good restaurant on the ground floor where they serve more food and stay open later. Parking on site. Definitely recommend if you need a place to stay in the area.

I was travelling with a child who has several allergies. On arrival I was met by Roxy who explained what the kitchen staff would do to accommodate his needs. Wow is all I can say, they went above and beyond to make sure he was never in contact with anything that hes allergic to. At dinner Roxy brought his food to him and she had made sure to keep him a slice of dairy free cake. She even brought him dairy free ice cream. That made his day. A lady staff member at breakfast was lovely, (short blonde hair and she wears glasses) sorry I can't remember her name. She made sure he had everything he needed. All in all im well impressed with all the staff that made sure we had a lovely and most importantly safe stay. Thank you all again.

This hotel, simple but what stood out to me was the service, and the way staff were so accommodating. James on the front desk at night was an absolute star! Im a trader that was attending Taste of The carribbean the next day. We arrived extremely late at night and were to go to work next day. He went above and beyond to help out in our situation, and to resuce our atress levels. He needs to be commended. All staff, in fact, need a bonus because they showed nothing but top their service. Thankyou all so much!
