I stayed in for 2 nights and I had a good experience. The rooms are clean and plenty of mirrors. Love it . The staff was friendly and polite . The food I've tried was quite nice, I had the breakfast 😋, plenty of choice, lunch plenty of options and dinner foccacia and cauliflower starters yummy, also the aubergine curry (delicious). Only one advice is on mushy peas were dry . The fish was alright but the chips were delicious. In my opinion is ⭐️4.99 from 5⭐️
What an excellent hotel the rooms are very comfortable, well equipped and spotless. The staff, reception, leisure centre and restaurant are incredibly helpful, friendly and do their best to make sure you enjoy your stay. We did stay with parking which there was plenty of, while on holiday, we'll definitely stay here next time we fly from East Midlands Airport.
My choice when working in Loughborough. Handy location, great parking options, good sized rooms and the reception are 10/10. Always welcomed with smiles and they can't do enough for you. Great place I'll continue to use when I'm in the area. Oh - gym is fantastic too, a weights room and a cardio/stretching room then a pool in the middle. Fantastic place.
A fabulous stay at this wonderful hotel. It's been a sanctuary after a busy day at Donington Park. The service has been wonderful, the pool is gorgeous and dinner was delicious. Thanks for looking after us so well!
Rooms are a bit dated, which you can see on the pictures before you book, however are really nice and clean too. I was assigned an upgrade over the mobile check in, which worked great. Staff were extremely helpful and breakfast was very reasonable. Best hotel in the area for sure
