Nice staff, very friendly. Reasonable prices. Decent food. The rooms are adequately sized, have en suites and lots of facilities.
A few small issues. The door was difficult to get back on. The big light flickered on and off and caught me by surprise. There’s a handle on the bath missing and covered with tape. The tv suddenly just stopped working and said the freevee needed an update
Not major issues but the place was spotless and these small issues knocked it off a bit but we will definitely come again.
When we arrived we were greeted very warmly by a member of your team, checked in & escorted to our rooms, the rooms were basic but had exactly what we needed for the one night we were staying for, after unloading our stuff we went through to your bar & had couple of drinks & some hot snacks from your menu, your staff were very friendly & the food was served swiftly & very tasty. I would definitely recommend people stay here, it was very enjoyable.
Popped in for a pint on my day off work, wasn’t long to wait to be served.
I had Guinness zero and my friend had a Pepsi max.
Both drinks were lovely and cold, well presented and brought to our table in the garden.
The garden looks great, clean & tidy and plenty of tables with a play are for the kids.
I don’t go to pubs very often but I would happily sit in the garden with a pint more often.
Simple but clean, quiet and comfortable room. Friendly and helpful service. Good food options and good location for our needs. Nothing outstanding but would recommend.
Fantastic hotel and pub. Clean, tidy and well equipped. Well I'm back again. This is my third stay at this hotel and once again I can only say how nice, clean and friendly it is. This time I had my evening meal here and it was as good as the hotel. I had the beef chilli and nachos and it was excellent and very reasonably priced. Once again thank you and I will look forward to my next visit. 👍😁
