Burnside Hotel

Earlier we booked a corporate hotel, but left due to it being dirty. I booked this hotel last minute, based on reviews. BOOK YOUR STAY NOW! This hotel was gorgeous and spotlessly clean! It is family owned and they could not be more hospitable. Nice car park, rooms are heated AND AIR CONDITIONED! The bath had amazing water pressure, it was like a massage. We live 1.5 hrs away but I will be back for a weekend break just to enjoy this hotel. I have no criticism whatsoever ❤️❤️❤️

Absolutely fantastic hotel! Lovely decor and exceptionally clean.on check in we were given a complementary room upgrade to woodland view room number 19. Gorgeous room and very spacious. We ate at the restaurant in the evening and were not disappointed, exceptional food.

A lovely hotel with very friendly welcoming staff. Nothing was a problem for them and because I have mobility issues they immediately offered us a downstairs room which was so thoughtful. I didn't need it but it was those thoughtful touches that made the difference to our overnight stay. A great location for Anne Hathaway's cottage (short walk away) as well as the centre of Stratford.

Booked an executive room as seen on the website but we were given a sub standard room. The photos on the website made this very obvious and very clear but the hotel has refused to accept their error. Not a spacious room with several comfy chairs, curtains and light but a pokey room with one comfy chair to the standard of a poor travelodge. A second chair was requested but it was broken and unusable. Nice waitress and decent food but we left for home after one night. After many emails etc., we are forced to take it up with our bank since the room was nothing like that advertised. Below the expected room and that supplied.
