Nh Collection Villa De Bilbao

Excellent customer service. We really enjoyed our stay here! Location could not be any better, walking distance to everything. Clean and spacious rooms as well.

What works: reception and staff What doesn’t: everything else is not on par with 4star category in Europe. I stayed in four hotels this week (Prague, Liverpool, Madrid) and this was the most expensive and the worst. Room furniture and decoration is not only outdated but full of scratches and stains. This applies also for the bedding unfortunately. Bathroom small with many imperfections. You can hear everything from the corridor. Breakfast has a coffee machine with only two types of coffee. They offered to make me cafe latte manually, but it was not up to the usual standard.

Stayed one night. Trying to get in / out of their parking structure was super funky! The reception area was the only highlight of this hote and the front desk staff. Thereafter all downhill! Between the elevator to the room smelt urine at 3 different locations! Room quality was sub par (not great), walls are super thin between rooms so could hear neighboring noises (TV). We did not eat at the hotel! The best part was the great cafe ACROSS the street!

We stayed at the NH Collection hotel in Bilbao in August 2025. It was absolutely wonderful. The room was comfortable, clean, modern and quiet. The daily complimentary breakfast was amazing! I especially can’t say enough good things about the entire hotel staff! They were extremely friendly, helpful and hardworking. During our stay, I would see the same wonderful people all day. I told my husband ‘I could live here.’ Though I’ve only stayed in about 12-15 cities in Europe, this hotel was my favorite. For us, the location was great.
