Reviews
What an absolutely brilliant hotel! We arrived early due to our flight times and we were pleasantly surprised that our room was ready and we could check straight in.
The hotel reception, bar/restaurant area and room its self are all to a very high standard, and kept immaculate. The staff were a particular highlight, from Reception, Bar/Breakfast and Cleaning, nothing was too much trouble.
The hotel is ideally located for all major attractions, has plenty of shops, bars and restaurants nearby, plus excellent transport links.
100% we would stay here again.
Great last minute stay at this hotel after walking some of the Camino. The services of a rooftop pool and lounger were welcomed with bar service. Got a fabulous massage with Carolina-would highly recommend her she was exactly the therapist I needed with tired legs and she provided total atmosphere to relax. Lovely little spa area for sauna and steam afterwards.
We had such a nice stay here! The staff are all super friendly and go the extra mile to make you feel welcome and to help. The refurbishment is stylish and new and everything is maintained and styled to a very high standard. We loved the spa really recommend the “Desayuno & spa” experience and the quality of the food in the restaurant was excellent. Can’t recommend this place enough for convenient tasteful, comfortable, and accessible location for visiting Bil Bar and with hotel parking available what more can you ask for! Thanks guys I’d love to come back one day! 🙏
My wife and I stayed for two nights at the hotel and had a great time. The service was excellent the room was very clean and well appointed thus features the shower the best feature was the shower which was wonderful.
The bar and breakfast area were both very nice and the service was excellent.
We were also within walking distance of just about everything including the gugenheim Museum
All in all this was a very good value and we will stay there again.
We had a wonderful experience at the spa area of Catalonia Hotels. The facilities were remarkable, and the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing.
What made our stay truly special was the exceptional service provided by the staff. Everyone was very kind, professional, and attentive, especially Carolina and Janire, who took excellent care of us throughout our visit.
The massage was Really relaxing and exactly what we needed. We left feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and grateful for such a pleasant stay.
We highly recommend this spa and look forward to returning.
