I mistakenly booked this tour for the wrong date. We were not even in the country yet. I acknowledged my mistake. It was completely my error. But the tour operator refused to move my booking to the following week, even though they still had availability for the time I intended to book. I understand the policy was that the cancelation needed to be made 24 hours before the tour. But it was 22 1/2 hours before. The tour operator was given the chance to make the change for me and they refused to. Poor customer service .

Suggestion for improvement: perhaps a microphone or speak a bit louder; it was sometimes a bit difficult to understand.

Everyone should know that there are 5 constitutional bodies and be able to name them. There is a test in the plenary hall.
No tour guide showed up & no admission to the Reichstag!Jorg_K
We were on site 30 minutes before the meeting time. Unfortunately, neither a tour guide showed up, nor could the AI hotline help us further. The tour did NOT take place, no admission to the Reichstag! Contacting the service hotline (an AI!) resulted in:: "I am sorry that no tour guide is on site, I unfortunately cannot help" ... Very regrettable waste of money & time despite confirmed tickets!!!
