We had an incredibly interesting tour with our guide, Jochen. He was extremely knowledgeable, personable and perceptive. We were the only two guests on the tour so had the opportunity to ask tons of questions and he had an exceptionally deep well of information on anything we asked from history to architecture to more mundane tourist-type inquiries. Very impressed!
Orit, was excellent! Great knowledge of Berlin, the culture, Hitler and his rise and fall, as well as other historical facts about the city and the various kings that led throughout Berlin. I must see with her.
Our tour in Berlin with Jochen was excellent. Jochen was so knowledgeable about the history of Berlin. He also advised us on so much more including art and culture and influences from around the world. Jochen provided updates and reminders for our tour and the meeting spot was easily accessible. We had a great tour filled with so much history, information and knowledge.

Wonderful Berlin Tour with Jochen We had a wonderful tour of Berlin today with Jochen of Babylon Tours. His incredible knowledge and eloquent storytelling gave us a much deeper understanding of Berlin’s complex and fascinating history. Because of Jochen, I now see the city’s magnificent architecture and grand, tree-lined boulevards with a much greater appreciation for their historical significance. He was knowledgeable, professional, personable, and clearly passionate about sharing Berlin with his guests. I would highly recommend Jochen to anyone visiting Berlin. He didn’t just show us the city—he helped us truly understand and appreciate it.

This is a 3.5 hour walking tour of Berlin. Our guide Jochen was friendly , knowledgeable, and very interesting. We never felt rushed as we stopped to take photos and he answered all of our questions. If I’m ever lucky enough to visit Berlin again, I would absolutely take another tour with Jochen as our guide.
Jochen was absolutely incredible! I highly recommend this tour. It's a fair bit of walking, but the pace was manageable. There were quite a few stops full of history and stories.

Jochen, our guide, was extremely knowledgeable and intuitively picked up the level that was right for us and our existing knowledge base. He was charming and his English was excellent. He adapted the itinerary to suit our interests and pitched his explanations at just the right level. And he provided good recommendations for restaurants for dinner and for our trip to Potsdam the following day! Very highly recommended.
