Really enjoyed my tour today! Boyd was a great guide. My visit has been all work this far so it was great to explore and learn more about Berlin. History, architecture, context, and great recommendations for later in the day or my next visit. Highly recommended!

We were in Berlin for less than 24 hours for a flight back to the US and booked a bike tour with Seth. He did an incredible job guiding us through the city to see many of the highlights in a short period of time. Boyd was our guide and he was excellent! He was extremely knowledgeable and personable. He gave us a true inside tour and history of Berlin. We liked that his tour was not the regular tourist sites, but other historical sites such as the Tempelhof Airport.

Don't think twice, hire Miha as your guide! You won't find a nicer and more knowledgeable guide in all Berlin! He is truly a walking Berlin-encyclopedia but he is also such a friendly guy. We had a blast.

We had a fabulous biking tour with Boyd. Being on bikes was great. We were able to cover a lot of ground and see so much of the city that we would not have been able to on a walking tour. Boyd is very knowledgable and curates the tour to your liking. I highly recommend him for anyone considering at tour of the city.

Our guide Miha was the star of the show and the weekend. We (4 of us) walked to the meeting point at Alexandaplatz where we met Miha. He organized the hire bikes from the selection available, and these proved to be more than adequate. We arranged a 4 hour tour of Berlin and this took in all the important sites to see. Miha spoke excellent English and provided an informative narrative, covering the important detail and to the point. We meandered through the old part of the city ever mindful of when the Walls location crossed our paths. Unfortunately Miha had to improvise due to many roads shut off for the Berlin Half Marathon the next day, but having the knowledge to get around this was a distinct advantage because I don't know what we would have done without him. This days tour was so good we booked Miha for East Berlin trip the next day for the same price. East Berlin trip was even more of an eye opener, and the beer on the boat cafe was really pleasant. We headed out along Karl Marx Strasser and swung south to see the longest portion of the Berlin wall still standing together with all the artwork on it, fantastic foto ops here. After this we dropped to the banks of the Spree and out to the marina where we had beer and coffee with Miha constantly narrating the architecture and general culture. On the return leg we stopped off at the Soviet Cemetery where 7500 souls lay at rest, quite sad but an eery reminder of what is happening now. The tours were great. We could not have done this on our own in 2 days and Miha was worth every penny.

We did a private bike tour with Michèle. She was super responsive as we were planning and let us customize our tour to what we wanted to visit, including getting a taste of the local Berlin scene and recommendations. She was super fun and knowledgeable. Highly recommend booking with her!

Know a little (but not a lot about Berlin) I asked Miha to create a tour which showed interesting sites, little known facts and cultural highlights of the amazing city of Berlin. Although one your can never do it justice, Miha put together an amazing bike tour itinerary which opened up the city even more to a new visitor. It was great to see new and intersting neighbourhoods, architecture, cultural points of interest, local knowledge and entertaining chatter all the way full of facts and stories which made for an amazing tour. I would not hesitate to recommend Miha for a tour beyond the ordinary and one that you will remember well from your Belrin visit.

Great cycling tour with our guide, Miha, round East Berlin, great for families. It was paced appropriately for a family with children in tow, and introduced us the the major monuments and art in East Berlin.

From our first emails to meeting for our tour, Miha was a pleasure to work with. He replied promptly to all of my inquiries well in advance of our trip. We knew exactly where to meet up and he was kind and engaging. He shared about himself his life and all he knew about Berlin. He took us to places we were not going to see (we were on a tour and have never before travelled to Europe) and offered us some options on the tour. Our guide, Mina, made the tour fun, interesting, and was perfectly conversational on all matters of history, German politics, and society. Biking at an easy pace from where Berlin was born as a small village, to through Museum island, old and new centers of government, The Wall, restaurants, and more. After the tour we had so much information about what we wanted to do in Berlin for the next few days.

We are a family of four from California, and this was our first visit to Berlin. On our first full day, we took the 3-hour Beauty of Berlin tour with Miha. He was excellent in communicating a wealth of facts and knowledge about various sites in Berlin, as well as being friendly and courteous. The pace on this warm June day was leisurely, and most of the time we took paths that steered clear of road traffic. Doing the tour at the beginning of our stay in Berlin meant that we could bookmark sites we would like to check out later. The tour with Miha was well worth time and money!

Michèle was a wonderful tour guide and a bike tour was absolutely the best way to explore the city. Michèle is a great storyteller and asked lots of questions to make sure we were comfortable on the bikes and were getting what we wanted out of the tour. We had a reservation to visit the Reichstag immediately following our tour and Michèle made sure to be attentive to the time which I especially appreciated because I felt like I could just enjoy the tour and didn’t have to clock-watch. We experienced a great tour through areas of Friedrichshain, Kreuzberg and Alt-Treptow which we would not have seen without Miha. Miha was very friendly, open and has a huge knowledge about history facts around the places we passed. We can fully recommend this tour and also Miha of course.

We had a great experience with Claudia. She guided us through Berlin by bike and showed us the different hot spots filled with anecdotes and personal reflections. It was a perfect way to discover Berlin and it’s recent history. The finishing touch was a delicious ice cream to end the tour!

Our family of three had an awesome, personalized tour with Boyd. We asked for a one day tour of Berlin with a specific historical focus - and he delivered! Incorporating a mix of cycling, walking and underground we explored parts of Berlin that we would have never got to ourselves, let alone realized their significance. Our Hidden Neighborhoods of East Berlin and Berlin Wall Bike Tour was the highlight of our visit to Berlin last weekend. From the minute we signed up, Miha was responsive to questions and clearly knowledgeable and enthusiastic about Berlin. We saw parts of the city we never would have seen or would not have known the history behind their significance if we weren't with Miha to point them out. Despite it being a bit chilly and a little drizzly, we had the best time. Being on bikes, we were able to see so much of what was East Berlin. He modified our tour when we wanted to spend more time at the Markthalle Neun. Love the flexibility a private tour allows. I highly recommend Miha for a tour when in Berlin!

Me and my friend booked a private bike tour of 3 hours. Dave was our guide. He is a very nice and relaxed person! He knows a lot about the history and told us many funny and interesting facts. We had a wonderful afternoon.

We were six friends, most in our fifties and a teenager and Miha had to deal with our different energy levels, cycling abilities and all our many many questions. Miha coped famously with us all and knew so many interesting facts and historical stories about Berlin and is amazingly rich and varied history.We had a fun and informative and interesting 3 and a half hours with Miha that I would thoroughly recommend.

Boyd was excellent. Very knowledgeable. In addition, I had a bike crash which required emergency assistance. Boyd Brought my wife to the hospital so she could be with me.

Dave provided a very accessible and entertaining history of Berlin. All crammed into a fun cycling jaunt around pivotal sites that breathed life into a story spanning 800 or so years. His depth of knowledge and passion for the subject was infectious. And a nice guy to spend a few hours with. We'd thoroughly recommend him, and biking is the best way to go!!

We were on a short 1 day stop in Berlin so getting around on bikes seemed like the best choice to see as much as possible. We are so glad we did - Dave was exceptional! Firstly, not having ridden a bicycle in Berlin before could be very intimidating BUT, Miha made us feel very safe the whole 3 hours. Wow ... where do I begin? Miha is amazing - quick reply to my request, great follow up to questions and he provided great directions for meeting. My sons and I met Miha at Alexanderplatte and spent the next 3 hours biking through Berlin. I asked Miha to show us Berlin through his eyes - this is his city and we wanted to see the local neighborhoods and attractions. Miha did that and so much more. We road about 13km and saw so very much. He was very knowledgeable and also funny and kind. He has a tremendous spirit and sense of humor. I cannot think how the bike tour could have been any better. Berlin is an amazing vibrant beautiful city- thanks to Miha, we understand and appreciate it even more. We had a wonderful 3 hours with Miha and I recommend him with the highest measure of confidence and sincerity. He is simply tremendous and a great person.

Miha made my evening by adapting my bike tour last minute. We had a great tour on the more local East side of Berlin. This way I saw parts of Berlin that I wouldn't otherwise seen on my own! the highlight being the Soviet memorial park. Thank you Miha for the great experience!

We had specific things that we wanted to see and Lucas was very happy to change the tour to include them which was great. He was very easy to talk to and very eager to answer any questions we had. We learnt a lot from him and he was very careful to give a balanced history of the wall, considering views from both sides. We saw and learned about parts of the city that we would never have found by ourselves. Overall it was an excellent experience and I would recommend Lucas as a guide wholeheartedly.

We had a fantastic time cycling with Miha. There is no better way to discover the city, the different neighbourhoods and its history. The 3-hour tour led us to all main historical and present parts of the city. Miha was very knowledgeable and could tell us a lot and answer any questions. He was also a great host. Dave is so much more than a guide.....he is truly a scholar! His interest, enthusiasm, and grasp of the complex and fascinating history of Berlin were beyond impressive. He was engaging, friendly and entertaining for my husband and me and our two teenagers. He customized the tour to fit our interests and shaped the day as it unfolded in order to provide more depth to the questions we had. All four of us learned so much and had such an enjoyable day. My family had a wonderful tour with Miha. He is incredibly friendly and very knowledgeable about the history and culture of Berlin. We rode along beautiful East Berlin avenues, visited the Russian Memorial, passed through trendy suburbs and had lunch at a traditional Berlin market. We originally booked a bike tour, Because it was raining on the day Miha, was happy to change it to a walking/public transport tour which was fantastic. Miha showed us around Berlin, stoping at little places we wouldn't have seen on a bike, this made it even better. We got on the metro,(He showed, what was the best way to get a ticket). Before we continued on our journey to the other side..the tour was very informative and Miha knew, Berlin history. Museums, checkpoint charle, velib wall etc.... All while walking around Berlin in the rain. Not to mention giving us a locals knowledge of great place to eat, (one which we went to twice already) what else to see on our Berlin/European extravaganza trip from Australia.. if you want the best, friendly, knowledgeable look no further then Miha.

Miha was clear, helpful and reassuring in all his communication from booking to post tour. I immediately felt at ease in his warm, attentive manner. His English is excellent, as is his historic knowledge of Berlin and the many landmarks within it. Passionate story telling including facts, alongside personal ancestral experience left me deeply impacted, and curious for more. I felt safe on the cycle pathways and 'quiet' roads (for a Londoner), and followed closely behind Miha, who stopped often to point out the smallest details, and best spots for photographs. I saw Berlin through his eyes. As promised, he tracked the route and sent this over within 24 hours, to include a slide show of my photographs. This was a fascinating and flexible tour with an accommodating guide - the highlight of my long weekend. I have already recommended Miha and 'with locals' to many friends. l was impressed with Miha's knowledge he certainly knows his stuff. l found it sad that history is littered with human cruelty to other humans, we must learn to live together on this crowded earth. Stop wars and dividing people because one country thinks another country is wrong. Miha helped me find a better way back to my hotel he didn't have to do that so he showed what a caring person he is.

Your review: Having visited Berlin a few times, I stuck to only certain neighborhoods. This city is so enormous, it has a lifetime of magical corners that require a skilled local to reveal them to visitors. It's simply an impossibility to know these areas without a local whose been to them. They are hidden even to lifelong residents. Miha astonished me with both his historical knowledge and geographical prowess of Berlin.

Going on the tour with Miha is definitely one of our top highlights of our European holiday. Miha was extremely knowledgable of the area and the history of Berlin. He was able to answer all the questions we had and was a great guy just to have a chat with. The bike tour was a great way to see Berlin and the areas that most tourists wouldn't go to. I'd encourage any tourist to Berlin to do a tour with Miha.

We were late of the cruise ship and Miha went out of his way to meet us at the station so that we could do most of the 3 hour tour that we booked in 2,5 hours. He was extremely knowledgable about Berlin and the history and we wished we had more time with him.
