My driver was sensational! Was there waiting for me when I got my bags. Simple easy right out the door and straight to where he was parked. Wasn’t hard to find it. He was super nice and I wanted to have some conversation so he was also interesting to talk. Everything about this pick up was perfect. Thank you! One last thing, I always look around to try and find the best price or deal and honestly, you might as well just do this as most prices from the airport to the area I was in are pretty much the same.

No one showed up. The instructions stated we would receive a text after arrival giving details of the pick up location. I no text was received. Ended up paying z72 euros for a cab.

Our driver arrived on time at the airport and kept in excellent contact with us. He was very nice and professional and gave us some information about the city and the area where our hotel was located. The car was very clean and comfortable.

Have what’s app on your phone, the driver parks off the airport site and is not at the exit with a sign. German customers was very slow and took over an hour. We had to pay an extra 33 euro due to their delay. Once we were in communication with the driver it went better.

This is the worst experience ever I am never using them for any pick or drop off in the future!! The assigned driver left us because our plane was delayed an hour . He said the time’s up and has to go He simply did not care and refused to answer calls and texts I paid for the service and the company does not have any plans if flights are delayed I lost the money and now I have to wait for them to approve a refund . Don’t book with them Better off using Uber which is far more reliable or take a taxi

We were extremely disappointed in this booking through Viator. We had booked a sedan to transport us from the Berlin airport to our hotel in Berlin. While the communications were good we had difficulty finding the driver. When we did rather than a sedan we were picked up in a small taxi (it literally had the taxi light on the top of the car) that barely fit my wife and my bags. When contacting the transportation company that were less than helpful. While we have enjoyed multiple events with Viator we will reconsider booking transportation through them in the future.
