Terrible! We were given the wrong meeting place for our English 10:30 am tour and so missed the entire guided walk. Do to the kind help of another Viator person (so sorry I didn’t get his name)- we finally found the entrance to the building where our names were found and we were admitted to the Bundestag and the Dome. Which was spectacular! But with NO guidance that we paid for. NOTHING! Very disappointing.

We were kept up to date with a small change in our tour time. We did this tour as a family with 2 teenagers - a history loving 17 year old, and a 14 year old who was not so keen! Daniella met us at the time abd place given. She was really interesting, a very knowledgable - a “real Berliner” in her words. She was full of stories, answered all our questions and was attentive to everyone in the group. The trip up the dome is well worth it, for the fantastic views across the Berlin skyline. Even my 14 year old enjoyed it in the end!
Pick up point for tour somewhat ambiguous in definition. Guide made no attempt to find us and we had to go and locate him. Didn't make himself known he was there, or wear any identifying clothing. Train station (meeting point) had two entry points - we were at wrong one. Tour itself very informative - guide very knowledgable, and tour was good
Very interesting tour of the government district and Reichstag dome. My teenage son especially enjoyed it. Arvid was knowledgeable and engaging and was able to answer all our questions. Especially thoughtful restroom and water stop, especially on a hot day.
Personal touches with stories of the guides own family history , added to an enjoyable experience. Thoroughly enjoyed the tour and information shared. This is not an overly long walk so suitable for most people.
Arvin’s guide was awesome! He explained us really well and we were able to know well about the city. Thank you so much!
One of our trip’s highlights. Awesome tour guide (Arvid). Would highly recommend this tour without reservation.
A thoroughly enjoyable tour. Made by our superb city guide, Gerhard Vondruska, excellent knowledge and communication skills put the Reichstag into its historical and contemporary contexts. Highly recommended.
With tours such as this that demand a fair bit of history and social/cultural context, having the right tour guide is essential. Too trite and you will miss much. Too ponderous and the energy will drain away along with your attention span. In this particular case, Dorothea is fabulous! Comprehensive while not overbearing, and very personable and knowledgeable. Highly recommend her!
Booking and the tour worked out great. Our walking tour with Christian was entertaining and very informative. Great!
I received emails for days that gave the maps coordinates of the meeting point. On the day of the meeting, four minutes before the time, a WhatsApp arrived with directions to another meeting point one km away.
Informative, presented in an interesting way, well-planned attention spans, and with lighthearted remarks and current references.
Well organized, very informative, entertaining. Jenny did an outstanding job, answered all questions, and brought the political objectivity of the subject matter wonderfully close to us with charm and humor. Highly recommended!
Very informative, entertaining, and fun tour with Christian, there were six of us and everyone was thrilled
Interesting tour through the government district + plenary hall + dome Everything well organized. Recommended
Thank you, Christiane, today's tour was very entertaining and informative; we learned a lot! We had a lot of fun!
Very entertaining with many interesting pieces of information. We have been there a few times, but we learned something new again.
The tour of the government quarter was entertaining, very informative and filled with many interesting details; the subsequent visit to the Reichstag was organizationally well prepared, we were able to enter the Reichstag building without long waiting times.
A wonderful tour, the knowledge of the guide was impressive, all questions of my ten-year-old grandson were answered patiently, I could not tip because I only had fifties in my pocket, that didn't matter at all, Matthias remained friendly nevertheless, even the architecture was explained to us, impressive.
Great guide, very informative, highly recommended, entertaining, uncomplicated access to the Reichstag and dome, as the organizer takes care of the registration
Christian is a super nice goal guide. With wit, knowledge and charm he led us through everything despite the bitter cold.
Very good guidance from Cristian tells everything you wanted to know super friendly everything top thank you questions accepted and friendly answered top
Reichtag visit and parliament scheduled and confirmed for Monday at 11:00 Appointment shifted to 11:30 on Friday then cancelled on Sunday at 5:02 pm. No possibility to reach Viator The only solution was to postpone our tickets until Thursday. Impossible for us because return flight on Tuesday. Very disappointed not to have offered us an alternative solution... whereas we booked our seats 1 month ago We hope Get your guide doesn't direct us to Viator anymore
Our guide Christian made the tour very informative and interesting. Everything went smoothly in the Reichstag. Thank you very much
Interesting, educational, entertaining tour with interesting facts and entertaining anecdotes. Highly recommended.
We really enjoyed the tour with Dorothea. She captivated us and brought us with a lot of enthusiasm the history of Berlin/Germany and answered all our questions. Just great!
Perfect guide where it never gets boring! Thanks Christian for the great tour. We really enjoyed it and would like to Enterprise another tour with you.
It was a pleasure to have visited this tour - Great way the guide brought the information across. Our teenagers also listened enthusiastically!
