Despite the bad weather , Marion enabled us to show the main sites of the historical center of Berlin and added precise pieces of information especially on the Wall or on the Nazi period. The guides tour was both attractive and touching revealing aspects to the city unknown to me. Congratulations to our friendly guide.
What a fantastic tour! Our guide was incredibly friendly and made the experience truly special. Their explanations were not just clear, but genuinely passionate and captivating, which made everything so much more interesting. We absolutely loved it and would 100% recommend this tour to anyone!
The tour was very nice both for us and our 12 years old grand-son. The historical/architectural approach was very interesting.
Nice visit with clear explanations and description of every visited sites. We have seen all sightseeing of the city around the center. It was possible to continue towards Alexanderplatz afterwards. Merci!
I highly recommand the tours organized by Vive Berlins Tours. On May 28th we have the "Incournables de Berlin tour" and it was perfect. Very instructive, many details, we learnt many things. Sandra was a perfect guide ....She explained many points linked with the "memory process" and our authorities and population decided to manifest "memory duty" .... So again you can really trust in ViveBerlin organisations and kindness of their guides . By the way we decided to book another tour with them during our stay. Pascal & Catherine P
Stephania is a great guide. Friendly, smiling and happy to answer all the questions you may have. I really enjoyed the tour.
We'd like to thank viveBerlinTour for the must-see tour of Berlin. This 3-hour tour gave us an insight into some of Berlin's history. My two 14-year-olds loved it, so to speak !!!! Thanks again to our guide.
This was my first time visiting Berlin and Anouk was exceptional as a guide, we had a blast walking and visiting the city historic monuments and location. Anouk make sure she respond to each person questions, very articulate and give precise details and information. Solo or with a group, I will recommend
Julien was a super great guide for this tour! I really recommend him you will have a lot of information about Berlin (architecture, history, political…)
We did the tour beginning of March, and although the weather was cold and chancy, we did not see the time go by. The visit was conducted in French and was very interesting. Our guide always answered our questions. For those who are wondering or hesitating because of the length of the visit, it is never boring, and you also get a restroom break halfway through it and at the end. Next time we come to Berlin, we will do the other tours available - so yes we would recommend choosing them for guided tours in Berlin.
Superb experience, Jean-Charles was a perfect guide, attentive and passionate. Thanks to him, I understood the city of Berlin, interesting for its history and its spirit of openness. Jean-Charles is very well-informed and he shared many details with us. A tour to recommend. If I return to Berlin, I will book an excursion directly with Vive Berlin Tours. Thank you Jean-Charles.
Perfect for discovering Berlin on a first half-day. Catherine shared her knowledge of Berlin and its history with us, using 'memory and its representation' as a common thread. Her attachment to and life in Berlin also add a lot to the tour!"
Thank you Céline for this discovery of Berlin, very clear in all your explanations. Best of luck
Excellent tour conducted with Arthur! Passionate and therefore fascinating, this guide allowed us to make contact with Berlin and grasp its essentials upon our arrival. In addition to his knowledge, Arthur spoke loudly and clearly, which is particularly appreciated. Finally, the very reasonable size of our group (7 French-speaking people) made the visit very comfortable. Thank you Arthur, best of luck!
An interesting explanation Paul, our guide, allowed us to visit the most important sites in the center of Berlin in a short amount of time.
All the essentials to know before the start of a trip to Berlin Thank you Martin!
Very professional guide! I highly recommend this tour!
Very beautiful experience! Guided tour by a young woman, a historian, passionate about the history of Berlin, who shared her knowledge with us well. Without her, we would not have learned anything about this beautiful history of Berlin.
Friendly guide, essential and relevant information
Very beautiful experience, with Elisa, who helped us discover the must-sees of Berlin, a well-documented tour, lots of exchanges and anecdotes, a tour to do at the beginning of your stay to get your bearings in this very beautiful city of Berlin.
Superb tour of former East Berlin. Martin is a fascinating guide. I recommend this tour!
Great tour of Berlin's "must-sees," which allowed us to better understand this city with such a rich history, thanks to the fascinating explanations and the enthusiasm of Jean-Charles!
Unforgettable experience... A huge thank you to Elisa, our incredible guide who managed to captivate us for 3 hours. It was the first day of our stay in Berlin and it really allowed us to spot the main monuments and get a maximum amount of information... Our 12 and 8-year-old children stayed focused throughout the entire tour! Really a must-do!!!
"The Must-Sees of Berlin" with Martin was a very interesting tour, both historical and cultural. Martin was fascinating and attentive to questions. Despite continuous rain that day, he knew how to adapt and make us forget the weather difficulties. We followed his advice to find a restaurant near Hackescher Markt, it was TOP! "The Must-Sees" are a good starting point to discover this city and understand its troubled history. Certainly, during a future visit, we will not hesitate to sign up for the other tours offered by "Vive Berlin Tours"!!
Superb guide, very interesting and interactive tour. I highly recommend
This guided tour of Berlin's highlights in French was the ideal activity to start our stay in Berlin. It allowed us to get our bearings in the city and, above all, to discover the overall history of Berlin in the 20th century. The commentary from our guide Martin was fascinating: clear and precise. Also, Martin took the time at the end of the tour to give us good advice for the rest of our independent stay. I highly recommend this experience.
Big thanks to Jean Charles for this beautiful tour, certainly rainy, but very interesting and moving! Walk to discover for any new arrival in Berlin
Our guide Martin is passionate, fascinating, and a great teacher. 3 hours of touring with anecdotes and historical explanations, supported by photos, to better understand the new Berlin. Clear and informative tour. He gave us good advice for the rest of our weekend.
Very beautiful discovery of East Berlin with Paul, who was very professional and open to discussion. Lots of very interesting explanations. Highly recommended.
Guided by Martin, a city enthusiast (of French origin), we had an excellent time discovering the must-sees of Berlin. Over nearly 3 hours, Martin took us on a journey through time and politics to introduce us to the main buildings in the center of Berlin. He gave us great anecdotes, connected places to events, etc. He was attentive to everyone and gave us some good advice, which allowed us to organize the remaining days in Berlin well.
Ideal visit to discover an overview of Berlin. In French I admit it's more interesting than in English! Thanks to Martin and his old maps for a better understanding.
We took two tours in French: the must-sees with Olga and East Berlin with Martin... Both of our guides were passionate and fascinating. Their explanations are precise and educational. These two walking tours allowed us to discover Berlin in a very pleasant way. Thank you.
Olga is a guide who knows her subject like the back of her hand. She conveys her passion fluently and easily answers the participants' questions. What a fantastic outing!
Very interesting tour of the main historical sites, with very relevant commentary that makes you want to do the other more targeted tours. Very nice guide who answers all questions with good humor.
Thanks to Paul! Great guide with lots of anecdotes and very clear explanations. The children also enjoyed the tour, which gives a good overview of the city. To be done at the beginning of your stay.
It was more specifically a "Berlin Tour - The Must-Sees." It was a visit lasting over 3 hours, covering about 8 km on foot, which was very interesting. We passed through well-known places, but also through others that we would not have spontaneously visited. Marie, our guide, led us through different periods of the city's history with enthusiasm and expertise. A very nice way to explore this city. I recommend it!
Great visit! Thank you to Marie, our guide!
Superb experience, Jean-Charles was a perfect guide, kind, and passionate. Thanks to him, I understood the city of Berlin, interesting for its history and its spirit of openness. Thank you, Jean-Charles.
This walk is a true dive into the history of the city, illustrated by explanations about places and buildings. Our guide demonstrated pedagogy and professionalism. A must-do for those who wish to understand the history of this unique city!
Very friendly guide who enlightened us about the history of Berlin with some anecdotes.
Our guide Paul was really friendly and very interesting to listen to. Beautiful historical visit. I highly recommend.
Beautiful visit; the essentials are perfectly explained! A must-do to discover certain parts of Berlin that are not visible to the uninitiated.
Very interesting, friendly and professional guide. The walk was very pleasant and very rewarding.
Our guide took us to different historical sites , the clear explanations enlightened us about the tragic events in Berlin.
Martin our guide generously shared with us his passion for Berlin, the city of resilience and many repeats. His vast knowledge of the history of this hectic city, his storytelling skills and his perfect command of the French language contributed to the success of our visit. A must for those who want to enjoy the Berlin experience.
Very passionate and interesting guide. He adapts to his audience. A lot of post-war history. ...
The Annouck guide is very professional. Visit with explanations on the main monuments. I recommend.
Rhythmic and informative tour of Berlin's history. Anouk our guide was very relevant , listening to the tourists present in his group and having a very good knowledge of this city.
