Stayed here for 5 nights only because someone booked it for me. Not a good impression upon arrival. The main entrance is under construction so you enter through an "alley" with printed signs taped to the building and railing. Staff was not very welcoming at check in. The rooms are dated but clean. You get one bath towel and one hand towel. My shower/tub did not have a shower curtain so I had to request extra towels for the floor. No peephole on the door, no phone in the room and no air conditioning. A fan is provided and windows open. There was a large school group staying here who were very loud every night between 11:20pm and 12:45am. I didn't get much sleep. When I told the night agent on the 2nd night he didn't seem to care much. The next day I told the afternoon staff and they said they would speak with the group about it. We'll it did not good because they were still yelling and running in the hallways that night. Wfi rarely works. There is a very small safe in the room but you need to leave a deposit at the front desk for the key. The breakfast buffet is decent but if not included with your room it is €18. Gentleman bar tender in the evening is very nice and welcoming as well as afternoon front desk staff. I won't be staying here again.

It is a 4star joke. Hotel is dirty. No marble floors like in description, no airco or ventilation in the sleeping room. Personeel smoking in front of it - cigarette smoke getting inside the room. Not even water kettle or small coffee machine in the room. Gym is a joke.
We stayed with a large group at short notice, and the hotel was very nice to accommodate us. The front desk staff was really friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We had a group of minors staying with us, however, so they couldn't share beds. We communicated it to the hotel, and a small numbers of rooms that were given to us as twin rooms had queen beds in fact. Overall it was a pleasant experience!
We had a really nice stay here for the weekend! We arrived a bit early but that was no problem because we could check in directly. They guy at the reception was really friendly. Overall the room was clean and everything worked fine. For some the room may be a bit dated but for me it just belongs in Berlin.
The hotel is under construction, and the overall appearance of the front area and the entrance is messy, dirty, and dark at night. The air conditioner in the room did not work. When I asked for it to be repaired, the receptionist told me that they were unable to fix it because the hotel was under construction. The reception staff does not speak English well enough; they generally mix German and English. There were no slippers in the room. When I asked for them, I was told that they only had children's slippers, not adult ones. The reception staff makes no effort to provide the standard service expected of a branded four-star hotel. The hotel room is full of water leak spots and paint damage on the walls. Overall, the hotel is not worth the money paid for a two-night stay. I will never stay here again and will report my concerns to the hotel brand's customer experience team. PS: The hotel managment refused to provide any compensation by telling lies that the hotel construction situation was mentioned to me before my arrival and also they offered me room change. This was a lie, I am not informed by any warning about hotel construction works as well as I am not offered any room change or any other solution.
