Unfortunately there was NO hot water at night for shower. We went there for celebrating birthday and after long day I just wanted to take a shower but only cold water come out from the pipes. No solution was offered and I had to wait until next day.
Very nice, relaxing spa and decent hotel facilities, good breakfast and the Kegelbahn adds a nice touch! The hotel restaurant was also a pleasant surprise, less carnivorous than usual in Germany. The bed could have been more comfortable, rough sheets and soft mattress.
The only good thing in this hotel is the Spa and the food. but most of the workers are not really friendly
Great stay! With an incredible view 🌅 I had one of my best massages ever by Marcen, they are so professional, Thanks to Floriane and Marcin. I would like to thank also Matta from the breakfast staff, she was the one speaking English in the morning. All the ladies' staff in general were so kind. It is also cool to run early in the morning and very calm place. improvement points : 1) English as a second language for tourists. 2) housekeeping.
The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was absolutely great. Very good choice and tasty. The hotel is not expensive. There are ample parking spaces.
