Nice hotel. They have a cinema in the building which is cool and makes everything smell like popcorn. They were very stingy about coffee and tea in the rooms which is a shame. A little pricey for what you get but overall a nice place.

I love this hotel!! The location is fantastic because you can walk anywhere. The service was pretty good and the room is was very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. I love the decoration. Also it’s pretty cool that it has a cinema and restaurant 🩵

The hotel is nice and modern. Staff were also helpful. Unfortunately, there was an unexplained smell of bad pipes or something similar on one of the days. I hope it was a one-time thing, and they will fix it, but I did not receive a reply to my email about it.

This Hotel is in a great location. In walki g distance to the Bad Saarow Therme and the Lake. It has a Restaurant and a Bar. Be advised that they are closed on Sunday and Monday's. Plan accordingly. There are many other dining options in the area. The bed was very comfortable. Well appointed room. The rooms was pretty clean. I left a note in the room for the Housekeeper mentioning the shower door seal being broken and dripping shower head. (Room 213) Pretty cool concept with the Cinema. Our room included Breakfast it was very good. Sorry for making a mess with spilling the orange juice.

Proof that hospitality often matters more than the hotel itself. And here, there was none. This place is part of a new-build complex, recommended by the wedding venue, and on paper it looks great: modern design, dog-friendly, bicycle storage, even a Kino in the same building. Check-in, however, is 16:00—which is already later than most hotels. Since the wedding reception started at 15:30, my husband asked in advance if our room could be ready at 14:45. The hotel replied they’d try, as rooms are usually ready from 14:00, but couldn’t promise. Fair enough. We arrived at 14:30, were handed a key, only to find the room still uncleaned. When we came back, four staff members stood behind the desk, none of them attentive. We explained the mix-up and agreed to wait another 20 minutes. At 15:00 the room was still not ready. I ended up doing my make-up in the downstairs bathroom while the staff avoided eye contact, offered no apology, and acted dismissive until directly confronted. Yes, the room itself was clean and modern once ready, breakfast was good, and they even had dog bowls prepared. But without air-conditioning it was hot and stuffy, and for the price paid, the lack of service and basic professionalism was unacceptable. This stay left us tense and disappointed—the staff clearly need serious training.
