Titanic Gendarmenmarkt Berlin

We love a stunning hotel! Went to the SheCiety event today and was blown away by this gorgeous space. Interesting decor and concept, so much to discover! Felt super relaxed and entertained here.

We stayed here while visiting and touring Berlin. The hotel is in a wonderful location. Everything I waned to see and do was in about a 10-30 minute walk of everything. It is close to some bus stops, the U, and the S. It was easy to get to and from airport. I used the S from the airport to get here. Going back to the airport, I used the U to FEX to the airport. The room was spacious and clean. It was the first hotel that I've stayed at, where you push a button for clean or do not disturb. The restaurant for breakfast very good. The manager greeted us with a smile and friendly mini conversation, as he sat us at a table. He even got our coffee for us as we look at the breakfast display. I enjoyed the variation and choices we had. You can get a egg made to order. There is a spa there too. A visit was included with the room; however, I did not take advantage of it. I should have after long walks. The staff were super friendly and very helpful.

If you ever go to Berlin and are looking for a hotel with a fantastic price-quality ration: Titanic Gendarmenmarkt Berlin is the place to be. It's located in the middle of various iconic locations, all at walking distance. 2 subway stations for different metros around the corner. The Gendarmenmarkt is a great location for a beer or a drink. But you can also enjou the bar in the hotel itself which serves fine drinks & great cocktails. The hotel offers great service & super friendly staff. They will do everything to give you a fantastic stay. The breakfast service is also fantastic. More then enough choice of fresh products to make everyone happy. Rooms are clean and everything you need is there (maybe add a coffee/nespresso machine?), though a little small and you can see some wear here and there. Anyway... a no-brainer if we ever go back to Berlin.

One little niggle is the lack of clothes storage so we did partially live out of our cases. I would have been fine with a slightly smaller bed..it seemed like super king when king would have been fine. Then could have had bedside tables for more clothes. Other than that, fantastic. Location brilliant, just off museum island. Room spotless and comfy, lovely bathroom, super comfy bed, really quiet. We looked out on the internal courtyard. Just conscious of pulling curtains at times as rooms opposite but I'd take quiet over that. Staff lovely concierge Stefan? Super helpful with restaurants and getting about. Lovely lobby. 😍
