The bedroom was a reasonable size but was a little tired, 2 walls were certainly in need of a redecoraton, the room lacked any creature comforts that you would usually expect, no tea or coffee making facilities, waste bins without liners, only 3 coat hangers, i could have asked for more but shouldn't really expect to ask, the shower was very good. There was a nice reception area with a small selection of soft drinks, large breakfast room. The location was was very good being only a few minutes walk from Ubahn station and KaDaWe. The staff on reception were amazing, helpful and friendly.

Stayed here on vacation and the noise insulation is the worst I have experienced in a hotel. I could hear the neighbouring rooms as clearly as if they were inside mine, including conversations and movement late at night. Around midnight it was so loud that sleep was nearly impossible. The staff were friendly and the location is great, but the soundproofing in the rooms is poor and the room quality does not match the price. I would not book again unless this is fixed.
The hotel is decent enough, but it's lacking in many areas for a pleasant stay. The blackout curtains are small and don't cover the entire window, so you won't be able to sleep if the light bothers you. The cleanliness is very poor; the bathroom air filters have never been cleaned, and the towels are practically garbage—tiny and worn out. We requested a change of sheets, and after asking three times from morning till night, they finally gave me a duvet cover. The walls in the rooms are dirty and need painting. I think with a little maintenance, it could be a good hotel.
We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and we couldn’t be happier about our stay! Upon checkin the male staff at the counter spoke Indian and English which was a plus for us as we are English tourists. The room was really modern and clean. It included a fridge which we loved and used very often. We had breakfast included in our stay and it gave us a perfect start for a day full of walking and sightseeing. It had a lot of options and there is something for everyone. Once we ate at 9am, we weren’t hungry until around 3pm which shows how filling it was! Some issues we had were that the cold climate monitor was always glowing so it was harder to fall asleep and we ended up putting a bag over it so it could be dark int the room. The tv also gave us an option to mirror upon pressing the input button however I believe it only works on android so we were stuck. Also, the toilet door doesn’t lock shut which was okay and the actual bathroom doesn’t have a door, only the toilet and shower does. Other than that, we loved our stay and we will definitely be coming back here if we return to Berlin!
Location is brilliant, the reception staff are all friendly, morning through to late at night. The rooms are modern, the AC worked well and there was shower gel/shampoo combo & handwash provided. No kettle in the room or complimentary toothbrush given, fair enough I guess. The room does include a fridge which has been a blessing in July. You're a short walk from either Nollendorf Platz or Wittenberg Platz. There's a bus stop 100m walk from the entrance. Lidl is maybe 300m away. A further stroll towards Nollendorf Platz brings you to a little area with an Edeka (grocery store) - pricee are decent and it has everything from snacks to fresh produce. Spätis nearby too if you want alcohol or cigarettes. My room faced away from the street and it's been pleasantly quiet at night! My major con is that the pillows provided are atrocious,(flimsy and soft) but besides that it's been a great stay here.
