Titanic Chaussee Berlin

Me and my Family had a fantastic experience at Titanic Chaussee Berlin! The hotel offers a perfect combination of elegance, comfort, and excellent service. Everything was well organized, and the rooms were spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed. The staff were welcoming and attentive, always making sure that guests felt comfortable. I also really enjoyed the breakfast, which had plenty of delicious options. The location is another big advantage, making it easy to explore the city and enjoy everything Berlin has to offer. Overall, a wonderful hotel with a great atmosphere and high standards. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Berlin and would happily stay here again!

During my visit to Berlin in August, I stayed at this hotel and was very impressed by its modern facilities, impeccable cleanliness, and outstanding service. Congratulations to the Titanic Hotels management for delivering such a high standard of quality and hospitality. I wish the entire team continued success.

Beautiful hotel close to transport links and accessible by car. Room was nice, with comfortable beds and spacious. This hotel has an excellent gym! The classes were amazing. Downside I booked this hotel as it was close to an event I flew in for, I intended to use the gym, spa and for my daughter to use the pool. First Lady at the gym/spa desk said this was fine but a gentleman who was on the desk when I returned stated we would have to pay €20 for spa access to be allowed in the swimming pool. I have never heard of this most hotels allow use of the pool as a guest. He then informed me that it was a German spa and we would not be allowed to use the sauna or steam room with a bath suit, I asked if it was possible to use a towel instead and he said I could put a towel on the bench but culturally you are expected to be naked, no bathing suits allowed. For this reason to be respectful we decided to forgo the spa and swimming pool. I was almost charged twice upon check in as I had prepaid. Fortunately, I had the bank transaction and I was eventually issued key cards. They were apologetic and overall service during our stay was good. I possibly might return as the hotel itself and the gym were very good. I just think they should reconsider limiting pool access and allow women to sit wrapped in a towel.

The brrakfast buffet was fantastic. Rooms comfortable, maybe slightly oldish wooden style. Staff very nice. The spa with sauna, swimming pool and Haman very nice and clean. The only but was that with 5 days in the hotel they don't renew the 2 0.5 liter water bottles. Strange thing to pay 900euros and water is not a Selbstverständlichkeit. Overall, nice experience.
