A wonderful hotel.
An excellent location in the heart of the Mitte district.

Great experience with the hotel porter Mahmoud to add to the warm and welcoming ambience. Had a comfortable and quiet stay over a couple days with easy access to metro around the block - only letdown was the under maintenance pool and sauna which would have been lovely for summer. Finding the gym space also was difficult due to the broken dedicated lift.
We stayed at The Westin Grand Berlin for a couple of nights and had a really comfortable experience.
The location is extremely convenient, right in the heart of Berlin. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the lobby makes a great first impression when you walk in. The rooms are spacious, and we were also given a complimentary room upgrade, which was a very nice touch.
The staff were friendly and professional throughout our stay. I also liked the gym, which is quite spacious and has a good range of equipment.
Overall, a very comfortable stay in an excellent location. I would happily stay here again the next time I’m in Berlin and would strongly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

We found this hotel to be in an ideal location, with the U-Bahn right outside the door. All major sightseeing attractions were easily accessible either on foot or by public transport. At the end of the same road is Checkpoint Charlie. The rooms were modern, comfortable, and well-appointed—especially the bed, which was exceptionally good. At the same time, the hotel retains a charming sense of history throughout. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive, from reception to room service, making our stay even more enjoyable. The food at the hotel restaurant was excellent and highly recommended. We would definitely return and would highly recommend this hotel to others.
