Lovely hotel! Just beautiful and comfortable. The heated pool was great to rest after a hot summer day. A bit far from the city center but easily accessible by public transportation. Breakfast was also great with many options.

Fantastic hotel and wonderful staff. Levon is the best concierge we’ve ever had!!! Arranged for fabulous dinners every night and helped with every need we had. Terrific location and beautifully appointed. Highly recommend!

The hotel has seriously declined. You’re expected to pay extra for everything, yet the level of service is almost non-existent. They charge €30 for a small dog, but you’re not allowed to bring your pet to breakfast, and there are restriction signs all over the property. This feels inconsistent and inconvenient. The hotel itself is clearly outdated. We stayed in a junior suite, but the bathroom had mold, and the shower was constantly dripping 24/7. The furniture was stained, and the pillows had other people’s hair on them, which is completely unacceptable. Basic amenities were missing — no glasses, no corkscrew. We reported that one of the lamps wasn’t working (we needed proper lighting), were told it would be fixed, but no one ever came. The only positive aspect was the breakfast. Overall, the hotel was very disappointing. Even though we often visit their bar and restaurant, I would not recommend staying here. We asked to change our room, even to a lower level. But we were told that the entire hotel was occupied. This is not true; we checked and the website showed available rooms.

We were delighted to celebrate our anniversary here and this is our review: From the very first moment you put your foot in the front door of this astonishing Palace, your body feels the shivers produced by the magnificence of this castle. This hotel embodies everything we can hope for in a five-star establishment: effortless warmth, impeccable service, delightful hospitality, and an elegant architecture in every corner that feels both refined and wonderful. The front office gentleman deserves special mention — not only for his professionalism, but for the delightful surprise of switching into fluent Spanish, which led to a genuinely amusing and memorable exchange. A unique charm that immediately set the tone for the stay. At the bar, Benny is nothing short of a maestro. Cool, charismatic, and clearly passionate about his craft, he prepared what can only be described as the finest Martini we have had in our memory — perfectly balanced, confidently executed, and served with style. Breakfast was elevated to an art form thanks to the omelette chef, a true master of his trade. Watching him work was like observing a seasoned conductor leading an orchestra — precision, flair, and exceptional results on the plate. The decoration on the omelette were absolutely brilliant Every member of staff contributed to an atmosphere of relaxed luxury: attentive without intrusion, friendly without losing polish.
