We absolutely loved our stay. We had a balcony view over the lake and it was beautiful seeing the radio tower from our room at night. Room was clean and comfortable, bathroom was also clean and the entire stay was very quiet! Thank you! Much love from the USA!

While I was in Berlin I stayed here because my friends’ flat was a block away. I’m so glad they recommended it! Firstly, check in was a breeze and my room had a view of the lake. The beds and pillows were comfy and the room and bathroom overall were very clean. The hotel is located in a cute, safe neighborhood that is easily walkable to the bus and train as well as numerous shops and restaurants. They also had a great wine selection from the restaurant. I did not have a chance to dine at the restaurant but the menu items looked tasty and the restaurant was very pretty. Lastly the staff; they were all courteous and friendly. The woman who checked me in on my first night and whom I saw throughout my stay was a gem. I am sorry I forgot her name. I would definitely stay here again while I’m visiting my friends in Berlin. 1000/10!
Booked this hotel due a conference in CityCube. Hotel has this old luxury vibe. Rooms could be refreshed with newsee tv system and more international channels, but bed and room was clean and had a good rest. Staff is also friendly so probably would be back.
Nice hotel in a lovely location, good breakfast and English spoken by most. It was really hot when we visited and the aircon was not great. Rooms a bit dated but really clean, beds comfortable bathrooms good. Of note for brits, no kettle in the room. For info - No safe in the room. We enjoyed our stay and would come back.
Didn’t expect such a low-quality hotel based on the pictures and reviews (and especially considering the high price). The room I had was close to the elevator, and every time it was used it sounded like a train was passing over the roof of the room. The furniture and carpet were extremely old, and even the lamps had yellow stains. The overall style is outdated and clearly not well maintained. The beds were very uncomfortable — in the single bed I could barely move without the whole frame shaking, and my feet were sticking out. I barely slept during my stay because the curtains didn’t properly cover the windows, so a lot of light came straight into the room, directly in my face given the position of the bed. The bathtub faucet would come loose when touched, and the water temperature was impossible to regulate — it was either boiling hot or freezing cold. The heating system was also very unreliable and worked poorly. The light switches didn’t work properly, and the lighting in the room was extremely poor. Additionally, the bar was under renovation and unavailable, and the service was not particularly friendly. The man at reception, in particular, gave me no information upon arrival, only asking whether I wanted to add breakfast or not. Speaking of breakfast, my colleagues had it and said it was not worth the price at all in terms of both quality and selection. They also experienced similar issues with the beds and heating. However, the location is quite nice, especially on sunny days, and the surrounding park is very pleasant and enjoyable. Overall, this is a hotel that clearly needs much better maintenance and attention. It feels neglected, and the reality does not match what is shown in the pictures.
