Staying In Pullman Berlin was very enjoyable. Good rooms and superb breakfast. Its location has an easy access to public transportation like the bus. You just have to walk a few meters to the nearest bus top or cross the street to have access to the buses. You can buy a ticket for the bus/trains for allday use or even for several day use. You can easily go to Alexanderplatz for shopping and other activities. you can also visit the Summer palace in Potsdam, known as "Sanssouci Palace".

Location is very practical. Breakfast is good. Lobby is nice. And that is all of the positives. Rooms and hallways are screaming for renovation. Worn out beds, moldy showers and particular smells despite rooms being cleaned every day. Spa is mostly broken down. Showers not working, steam bath not working, even water fountain not working. Silent period from 5 pm to 9 pm is not monitored by staff present at the pool. So you have kids and adults screaming, talking loudly, jumping into pool. Going into saunas that are textile free zone fully dressed and with their slippers on. I even asked attending staff if the silent period is still a thing and why it is so loud - answer was - what do you want me to do, ask everyone to stop? So, if you plan to stay for one night, should be ok. But overpriced and definitely not the star rating that they market themselves. Very sad for Pullman brand.
One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. The rooms we're great. The bed sheets we're a bit small but it was still great. Both the breakfast and the pool was exceptional. The breakfast offered a vast variety of food and unlike other hotels they had fried eggs. The kind staff even offered to make our coffees for us. The pool was really big and the sauna was also great. The only downsides we're that the gym only had dumbbells up to ten and they were lacking in machines. The pool was also only open until 9pm but the overall experience was amazing. It was also really close to the Berlin Zoo which was one of the reasons why we picked this hotel.
This is a top-notch hotel in every way: Location, service, amenities, beautiful layout & interior, large pool, easy-access from garage and outside. Breakfast is superb with everything the heart desires. Vegetarian & vegan options you name it. The bar is cool, the rooms are spacious and have great views. This is a cool hotel. There is only one drawback that keeps me from giving a 5 star rating: Unfortunately the hotel has not prioritized families arriving by electric vehicles. As a car traveling familiy we had hoped for the option to get our car charged at this facility, but it was not possible. We had to endure 2 days withiout getting our car charged, and for the parking price of 39 euro (July 2026) per night I would expect charging options to be available, not only one outlet, but a couple of outlets. I even told the receptionist and the reason I was given was it costs money to rent the garage, since it is not theirs, so they can't install charging stations. They recommended going elsewhere to charge, but once you are settled, it is unlikely that you go about town to search for a places to charge your car. Ultimately I don't understand this reason. We have visited way smaller hotels (for instance the Dorint chain) where there were 4-6 charging stations for EV's, and the parking price per night was the half of what Pullman pulls off. A hotel the size of Pullman Berlin should be able to accomodate the same, but they don't. This is a major drawback, but I understand many visitors potentially arrive by plain to the city, or by taxi, bus etc and so maybe it has simply not been prioritized. But for the named reasons, this hotel is recommendable in any way, except not if you are arriving by electric car or a plug-in hybrid. I saw several Teslas in the garage, but not plugged in. Too bad, because the hotel is really nice. This is why I can only offer 4/5 stars.
My friend and I had a great stay at Pullman Berlin Schweizerhof while attending an event nearby. The location is excellent, within walking distance of buses, the underground, and city trains, which made getting around very easy. Despite being in the city center, the hotel was surprisingly quiet, which I really appreciated as a light sleeper. The online check-in was smooth, and the staff were attentive and friendly throughout our stay. Breakfast offered a great variety of options, and starting the day with a morning swim was perfect. We also enjoyed the lovely view from our room. One small detail that really stood out was the amazing scent in the lobby, it created such a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere.
