Absence of reception and average response time 9h on message is wild. Room service is not daily but the room look good.

Very nice hotel with helpful staff. Rooms were clean with nice decoration. Although you didn't have a big variety in breakfast, everything was perfect and high quality. The major problem was the lack of elevators. We were waiting 10' in order to reach ground floor every morning due to many guests and the two elevators. Also, the fridge was not working.

Very nice hotel, well placed in central Berlin. The highlight by far was the breakfast - middle eastern and european, very fresh and delicious. Just for that it's worth the stay. Rooms are very nice, clean and comfortable. The elevator was a bit problematic, quite slow, but thankfully it wasn't very busy. A criticism would be the staff posture. While friendly enough, but also aloof, they were a bit casual and informal for my taste. It was like we were a bit in their way. Discussions about work schedules and so on were being held in front of everyone. It may a relaxed Berliner thing, but I didn't need to know about the inner workings and details about staff's lives. More professionalism would have been welcome. All in all wonderful for a tourist weekend in Berlin

The staff were outstanding, offering warm and professional service throughout my stay. They were attentive to every detail, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience. The room was a highlight — spacious, impeccably clean, and well-appointed with modern amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, guaranteeing a good night’s sleep. Also the receptionist Michael is a very nice and helpful person, he upgraded our room and gave us free sparkling water. What a legend!
