Precise Resort Bad Saarow Am Scharmutzelsee

The place is absolutely perfect! The lake, the views — everything is amazing. The staff at the bar, reception, and restaurant are incredibly kind and welcoming, every single one of them. Vadim, Arkadi, and Evgenia are absolutely wonderful. You can really tell that the hotel was owned by an Israeli businessman — everything is very well thought out and carefully managed, with great attention to detail. The food is incredibly varied, plentiful, and delicious. This is truly one of the most perfect places we’ve ever stayed at. Highly recommended!

From check-in to check out everything went smoothly. The reception staff were all friendly and the gentlemen who assisted us explained everything clearly and thoroughly, it truly felt like he loves what he does. The Dinner buffet was absolutely top notch and far exceeded my expectations. My child enjoyed the pool, and the view from the indoor pool area was really amazing. Overall we had a wonderful restful weekend stay.

I wanted to post this review to share that I had a TOTALLY different experience from some of the other recent reviews. I had such a wonderful stay at Precise Resort that really exceeded my expectations. Every single member of the staff was so welcoming, professional, and friendly. Special thank you to the culinary team who made a delicious turkey, it lived up to my high standards (I am an American and was feeling homesick for Thanksgiving turkey). The food is really spectacular, my partner and I were saying that even if the spa/pools were closed, we would maybe come back just for the food. We really looked forward to dinner every night, it was impressive how much variety there was. The spa facilities were also great, I loved that the pools were heated. I can definitely recommend the wellness activities such as the yoga. I loved that they had incense lit, mats already laid out, blankets for the shavasana. The sauna area is really great, thank you to the gentleman who collects the towels /tidies up, he was fantastic. My one mistake was not booking a spa treatment in advance- I would recommend emailing to make your reservation, I am sad I missed out on checking out the massage area! I read a lot of reviews saying that the staff doesn't speak German , but that was not my experience, everyone that I interacted with spoke German. I even started some conversations in English based on what I read in these reviews but we switched to German! Lastly I did feel valued as an Always member, I believe our room was upgraded and there were many thoughtful touches throughout our stay (the caramel popcorn is so tasty!) We were really happy with our room, the mattress was very comfortable and we slept SO well each night. We also really enjoyed the live music Friday/Saturday night and enjoyed the variety of books and games that are available in the lounge. In summary - don't let the bad reviews scare you away, this is a great property with great staff. I am already planning to return to celebrate my birthday!

Hotel has lots of issues: if these are resolved would be a standout experience. -No hot water in shower. Come here if you want a luke warm shower. -Dated lobby/parts of room. -Wifi broken. No full coverage in room/across resort. -Understaffed. Can’t get help to save your life. -Loud kids in the pool. -Not enough chairs in the quiet room. (You’ll want to go to escape from the kids) … Not coming back; I suggest you don’t even try. Positive: room is clean, so plus a star for the housekeeping! And the golf is well maintained - I give credit where it’s due.
