Numa Berlin Boxer

Extremely disappointing experience at Numa Berlin Boxer. Just a few hours before my arrival, I was informed that my room had been downgraded without any reasonable explanation or justification. I was given only two options: cancel my reservation free of charge at the very last minute or accept a 25% discount. Considering the last-minute notice, the inconvenience caused, and the significant downgrade in room quality, the 25% reduction was clearly inadequate. A much more substantial discount should have been offered. To make matters worse, the room was extremely noisy, making it difficult to relax and get a proper night’s sleep. The location is also far from Berlin’s city centre, making it inconvenient for sightseeing and getting around. The only positive aspect was that the room was clean. Unfortunately, cleanliness alone cannot compensate for poor customer service, excessive noise, and unacceptable last-minute changes to a confirmed reservation. Overall, a very disappointing stay, poor value for money, and certainly not an experience I would recommend.

Perfect location and well equipped rooms. There was everything we needed and they stay was super comfortable.

Nice location next to tram. Nice looking rooms. Mandatory online check-in requires uploading a passport/ID scan. The room is kind of noisy, next to the road, and street noise is audible even on second floor with window closed. The room includes earplugs, which are not comfortable to sleep in. My room door would not close right on its own and I only realized when I returned. I need to slam it. AC was locked to 20°C in the morning and could not be turned off or turned up, I woke up too cold. Fire alarm went off for a few hours which sucked. Bed was kind of dirty. No toothpaste.

Quite noisy in the room (seems like a gas pipe was making a lot of noise). Breakfast on time, but really small. In general there are a lot of better places to stay. Customer service was excellent!
