This is a very nice hotel. The bed in my room was absolutely fantastic. I have a bad back, so that's incredibly important. You absolutely cannot beat the location. Walkable to many things and the U bahn and S bahn are right outside of your door. Staff are very pleasant and very helpful. I had breakfast one morning. Very good, but pretty pricey. The elevator was not working one morning, and because I had checked in late the day before and used a more isolated elevator, I didn't quite know where the others were. I ended up walking down seven flights, which could've been avoided with a simple phone call or sign on the elevator. Really, a minor inconvenience. It would also be nice to have actual nightstands next to the bed rather than the funky little tables. I would stay here again and recommend this hotel.

They have serious problems with their elevators. They have four elevators; just one was working during the five nights we were there. For a building with 9+ stories, that’s completely unacceptable. I don’t care what excuse they have. Other hotels and train stations had working elevators. At this hotel they put up a sign and a bowl of candy to placate the guests. What a joke My parents got stuck in an elevator while we were there. The call button in the elevator barely worked. I asked the front desk to do something about it and the guy couldn’t be bothered. If people are stuck in an elevator, that’s an emergency!! And the front desk was nonchalant about it. Unbelievable. The maintenance guy eventually came by and fixed it. Earlier, the maintenance guy fixed a loud fan in our suite. If you’re on a first-name basis with the maintenance guy at your hotel, something is very wrong. The location was great. The water pressure was great. It was quiet

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It was a great location!! Our room was comfortable and clean. The hotel staff was kind. The elevators were not all working. I am not sure why but we didn't wait long for an elevator. Would stay here again. Thank you

I had a wonderful experience with this hotel and its team. From the very first contact, everyone was incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely willing to help. What impressed me most was not only the excellent service, but the warmth, care, and professionalism behind it. David, Tanja, and the entire team went above and beyond to assist me, always with kindness and attention to every detail. Their support meant a great deal to me, and I am truly grateful for everything they did.
