Thank you for a great stay, staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. So accommodating and friendly. The team was a real stand out.
Location is excellent for getting around with direct U and Tram line access steps away. The hotel was spotlessly clean in our experience so I’m not sure about some of the other reviews experiences.
Rooms where quiet and comfortable with comfy beds, good features and lots of power near the bed for phones ect always a plus.
Bar was a cool space with lots of great choices. Nice place to just relax.

We had a very enjoyable stay. Room was very clean and comfortable, good pillows and bed, good shower. We had one minor misunderstanding with the room originally configured for one guest, but the front desk rapidly corrected that when we brought it to their attention. The in-house restaurant has a very nice breakfast buffet. And the hotel has a tram stop right in front that is only two stops from the Hbf.
Hotel is perfectly located. Beds were comfortable.The air con struggled on hotter days at night. During the day the rooms felt cool enough. At night not so much. If you prefer to sleep cool ask for a room facing away from the road then you can open it for airflow. Breakfast was pleasant!

the family I was with had a room and on question rated it a good 3/5.
I really enjoyed the breakfast and the kind and amazing service accompanying it. It is wonderful how deliciously an omelette can be prepared.
We chose the hotel because of the convenient location. Staff was very friendly. The hotel itself, I would rate as average. The room felt tiny despite 18sqm and also warm despite AC. We stayed for a week - there was very little space for hanging clothes and 2 suitcases. No fridge. For amenities in the bathroom you have to ask explicitly and receive a product that isn't very appealing. As an ALL Accor Platinum member, you’re promised a few extras during your stay. In this hotel, there’s nothing apart from a bottle of water on the day of arrival and a Duplo chocolate bar when you check in at reception. I believe that is the normal standard, it didn't feel special. Compared to what you would normally receive as a status member in ALL Accor hotels in the same price class, it is striking when there is nothing provided at all and even not recognized upon arrival at reception. This is unusual. I can understand when there is no early check-in possible by lack of availability (we arrived by 11am). However, for example, during my last stay at the Novotel Edinburgh a month ago, the hotel provided extras like high-quality bathroom amenities and every day soft drinks and snacks to even the standard room, That is what you normally expect when having Platinum status (and what it is marketed for). All in all, the stay leaves a mixed impression.
