Good rooms and a fair resolution: The rooms were very good, and the complimentary breakfast was appreciated. Although my stay did not go as smoothly as expected, the hotel refunded the cost of one night’s accommodation, which I appreciated. The service was acceptable overall, and I am pleased that the hotel took steps to address the situation. With some improvements in service and handling of reservations, the overall guest experience could be even better. Overall, a mixed experience, but I appreciate the hotel’s effort to resolve the issue.

The hotel is located in a quiet but practical area with many shops, cafés, restaurants to pick from, it's extremely easy to get from and to the airport, city center is also decently accessible by public transport. Wi-Fi was easy to access, speed and connectivity were very good. The facilities are great, I was especially happy to have found a room with a bathtub, beds were comfortable, AC easy to use and convenient. Although initially I used the tablet in the room to opt-out of daily cleaning, I don't think it registered the request because our rooms were cleaned every day, however that worked out in our favor because it was neatly, discreetly and professionally done - the mineral water & coffee refill was a godsend when getting back after a whole day of sightseeing. All in all, a great value was offered for the price, which was by far the most competitive price I found all over town for the time-span of our stay and it was very fit for our purpose. I will be sure to look out for this chain during my travels.

Watch out about the reservation . I book the hotel trough Leonardo official site and I did not get discount. I speak with the menager and they said to me you mast too pay full amount. Unfortunately I had some problem with app on my mobile phone and I inform the hotel I will pay when I arrived in hotel. For me this was not fair play game especially i come to this hotel on recommendation . I think the hotel with 4 stars must have a little understanding for the clients . Evrything else was perfect especially service . I am apologize but my final mark it will be only one star because I think I am not respected like a longtime guest. If something change in the future maybe a will change my appinion about the ratings.
