We reserved a day in advance but didn't receive the confirmation code to get into the hotel. We had travelled all day and were locked out on the curb with our luggage with hotel personnel inside, presumably ignoring the video cams outside. Room design is strange and takeoff and landing noise excessive.
We had a lovely staying here and felt so comfortable, ipartment's staff were so nice and kind to us. My wife, our puppy and I are really happy, and we thank you a lot. Lovely space and people.
The rooms were nice but you had to guess how to do everything since there is no one to help you. The telephone number provided for check in works but it took us about an hour to figure everything out. Very dehumanizing very bizarre. Will definitely not return to this or any other hotels of this chain.
I had a great night of sleep at ipartmeent; just what I needed after a long flight. The room is super clean, and has everything, including a cooking stove and fridge! Great for one person or a couple. The only issue I had is figuring out how to take a shuttle there, be wise the directions weren’t clear. The staff is very nice helpful!
Bathroom had silverfish crawling around and the shower grout was dirty and mold along the silicon. Definitely could step up the cleanliness. We ordered an extra bed and breakfast service of which neither was provided during our arrival. The additional bed was brought promptly after we called, but for the breakfast service it was too late and no alternative nor discount for our inconvenience was offered. Cool concept, and beautiful decor, but needs better execution and improved cleanliness.
