Intercontinental Berlin, An Ihg Hotel

⭐️ 4/5 — Great location, great price, tiny bed. 🛏️ Location is excellent — easy to get everywhere, which is honestly half the reason you pick a hotel. 📍 The design and overall quality feel exactly like what this brand should be. Clean, modern, no complaints. ✨ Staff were lovely. 🙌 Special shoutout to housekeeping — our room was spotless every single day. That’s the kind of thing you notice. Price? Very reasonable for what you get. 💰👍 My only real note: the bed is SMALL. 😅 Like, noticeably small. If you’re tall or sharing, keep that in mind when you book. Everything else — solid stay. Would come back. ✅

Being a Diamond Ambassador and staying at many Intercontinental properties over the world, I expect a lot from them. Sadly, our stay in Berlin fell short on many levels. First the good, property is very nice, we received a complimentary upgrade to a really nice junior suite which was greatly appreciated. The location is great, the club lounge and spa were terrific amenities, however, several of the spa facilities were out of order, showers, foot baths/heated tile seats. I'd asked for them to replace a light bulb in one lamp, it tooks two days and several reminders to get it replaced. Now the bad...there was no dedicated Ambassador check in area. We had advised we'd be arriving between 2-3 pm but had to wait two hours for our room and finally were able to get inside after 4 p.m.. The bed and pillows were horrible. I actually slept on the pull out bed in the living room of our suite one night and the mattress was actually better than the king size in the bedroom. However, there were no sheets/pillows to make the pull out and it was the middle of the night, I really had no desire to wait or someone to bring them at that time. The hand shower had a leak and was shooting water everywhere. There is absolutely no room in the fridge to store anything, let alone personal medication I need to travel with. We'd advised we were there for our honeymoon, absolutely no recognition until our last night, after I'd let the front desk know about where they were falling short. Definitely not one of our best stays at an Intercontinental. We are not high maintenance but we do expect a certain level of customer service, recognition and amenities for all the business we give IHG.

The perfect location right in the heart of the city The Club Lounge another great service thanks to Adil , Nabil and nihad for their outstanding service, warm hospitality, and genuine care. They made us feel like valued guests every single day, going above and beyond with their attention to detail and friendly professionalism.

I had a wonderful stay at InterContinental Berlin. The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and very well maintained. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a room upgrade, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options. The service throughout the hotel was professional, friendly, and attentive. A special thank you to Mohammad at the reception desk. He provided an amazing check-in experience, was extremely helpful, welcoming, and made me feel valued as a guest from the moment I arrived. His professionalism and kindness truly stood out and contributed greatly to my positive experience. I highly recommend InterContinental Berlin and look forward to staying here again in the future.
