Hi. Rooms are clean and suitable for short stay as only offer basic services. Room service is order at reception not from room. Didnt use restaurant for evening meal but from what I could tell only open from 5-10pm. Breakfast was ok dont know cost as was included in my rate. No iron or additional toiletries other than soap, shampoo and conditioner in room.
Location is good if needing to be near the international airport as literally cross the road from Terminal 1&2, down the steps and 50 meters and you are there and only 150.m or so from Underground trains which is about a 30min ride to city. Germans are fairly direct and abrupt when answering any questions but not offensive just their way.

I had a really comfortable sleep in this hotel which is just a few minutes walk from the airport terminal. I was surprised how quiet and peaceful it is - literally no noise, whatsoever.
The room is well appointed, is clean and the staff is pleasant and helpful.
I ate in the hotel restaurant and while the prices are slightly higher (as to be expected for any airport hotel, really) the food was very nice and the service good. I do think €6.50 for a 330ml bottle of Coke Zero is quite steep though.
I paid €150 a night and thought it was good value for money.
Would recommend and would stay here again.
It is only metres away from the bus/coach station which is super convenient.
We chose this hotel for its excellent location at Berlin Airport and its great senior discount. Despite our room facing a busy shuttle bus station (see picture), it was remarkably quiet and well-insulated from noise. The room itself was modern, clean, and spacious by European standards. The breakfast buffet offered plenty of variety, making it a highly enjoyable overnight stay before our early flight.
Literally directly outside the airport doors. We booked last minute due to a cancelled flight and walked immediately into reception. The staff were helpful and found us two rooms close to each other.
Rooms were clean and had everything you would need. The hotel itself boasts great amenities for an airport hotel, but we stayed just a few hours before an early morning flight so didn't get to experience these. Left the hotel and were at security in the airport within ten minutes - amazing!
A great hotel in an excellent location, literally 2 minutes walking distance from T1 and T2.
You can easily find it upon exiting the train station/bus stops, just outside the entrance to the terminals.
Check-in was quick, the room was super clean, with air conditioning, 2 duvets and 2 pillows. The bathroom was absolutely spotless, and provided with everything. The shower was a bit small but it does the job (better wear non-slip shower sandals)
There is a minibar, kettle with tea and coffee sachets, a safe to lock valuables, TV, desk, chair, and clothes rack in a nice wooden cupboard. Only downside was the bedside lamps can't be turned off individually.
There is also a restaurant and a cafe, vending machines and self check-in counters.
The room was super, not completely quiet as you can hear people in other rooms or when they are walking nearby, but for the location, service, cleanliness and convenience, absolutely top choice.
