Hotel Luc, Autograph Collection

During my second visit to Hotel Luc in Berlin for a small strategic company meeting, the hotel once again delivered a very positive experience. The location is excellent, offering convenient access to key areas of the city while still providing a calm and professional setting for business discussions of small groups. What stood out most was the hotel’s attention to detail. The service felt thoughtful and well organized, and the overall atmosphere supported both focused meetings and informal conversations. For a small executive or strategic meeting, the setting was well suited and helped create a productive experience. Overall, I would strongly recommend Hotel Luc Berlin for business stays and small company meetings. The combination of location, service quality, and attention to detail makes it a strong choice for professional engagements in Berlin

We had a good stay here although AC would not keep room cool even though the little card in the room said it was some kind of system that cooled all the rooms. Bed was nice. First room was way too small so they moved us for night 2-3 and that was much better. Staff was nice, breakfast was amazing and included because of my marriott status. Great location with bikes across the street. Overall I'd say 4/5.

We had a wonderful weekend stay at Hotel Luc. Everything exceeded our expectations; the rooms were beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully equipped with excellent amenities. The view from our window over the Gendarmenmarkt was absolutely amazing. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive to our every need. We also thoroughly enjoyed the well-equipped gym and found the top-floor terrace to be the perfect oasis for a relaxing afternoon. To top it off, the breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious with a fantastic selection. Thank you for a lovely stay—we look forward to returning!

This hotel fell short of the Marriott experience. For starters, the technology in this hotel is subpar, as the tv did not work for casting the majority of our stay and the QR codes were practically useless. I would opt out of the breakfast they try to push during check-in because the food was not the best. There are a plethora of restaurants and cafes within walking distance that are worth trying. Room service was also a hassle, which should not be the case for this type of hotel. We were offered a 20% discount for the technological issues we encountered, which was nice. However, the size of the room (TINY), including the terrace, and the overall hospitality was tremendously disappointing, especially since we stayed here for part of our honeymoon. Furthermore, the AC unit did NOT work so the room was insanely hot, and the outside noise from the street was cumbersome. The bed and pillows were not the most comfortable either. Luckily the location was great for access to things to do nearby and public transportation to get to other attractions. Housekeeping was also thorough.
