I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Indigo--first off, the hotel was in such a convenient location, being right by Zoological Garden station and City West Center, as well as nearby Charlottenburg Palace, Tiergarten, and a variety of great restaurants (including my favorite in Berlin, Dicke Wirtin). The room itself was spacious, modern, clean, and comfortable, which is more than I could ask for. The concierges at the front were also very kind and helpful. I'd stay here again on my next visit to Berlin in a heartbeat!
Great location with lots of great places close by! It’s very walkable and the metro/tram is very close. The staff were always friendly and welcoming. I’m still sad that breakfast wasn’t given as a gift for status. It’s such a small thing but such a huge service difference between IHG hotels. (Yes I understand some do and some don’t) overall great experience
Shout out to Roberto! He was so kind to us! He went above and beyond, from getting us a cab when we were having difficulty with our Uber app, to making sure we got our breakfast just the way we liked it.
Regarding the hotel overall: it was great. Excellent breakfast - be sure to order an omelette and pancakes. Nice buffet.
Other staff members were also kind and helpful.

This hotel is 5 or less minutes walking from the zoologischer garden S/U Bahn train station which really can take you anywhere very quickly. its also close to a lot of the west city main attractions, The area however is a bit sketchy at night especially next to the train station.
My room, which was a balcony room on the 6th floor was quite small with little room to put the suitcase in. There were however a working desk and a somewhat quirky coffee machine. bed was comfortable. you could hear the city noise outside especially the never ending emergency vehicles with their extra loud Berlin sirens but it wasn't too bad.
breakfast was fine, you can order a cooked item from the menu, which was quite good actually, but I had to discover it for myself and ask for it as no-one told me about it and its not especially highlighted anywhere.
the staff were pleasant enough if a bit on the formal side.
price was excellent though and despite the few shortcomings I wouldn't mind staying there again if I need to be in the area.
A rather spontaneous stay for two nights. Very well located with Zoo Station in short walking distance. Great breakfast, very helpful, lovely staff. This is the place when you just want a no frills accomodation with everything organized, clean and in its place at a fair price. Can definitively recommend.
